    YOU are assuming corporations and Executives are honest entities with compassion and a sense of right.

    Reality is they hate honestly, they hate being forced to follow laws, and All of them act this way. If samsung was honest they would bump up all their models without a price change. All the phone makers are eliminating memory expansion, Google even disabled most of the access to it under Android so now you have to hack the OS to use it completely. Samsung gleefully got rid of the micro sd slot.

    They all follow each other, they all do the same things to maximize profits, none should be trusted...

    How to sell a premium brand that makes everyone want to buy it. I love driving BMW, but the prices of the upper models that I lust after, the M3/ M5 / M6 I will never ever afford as it's impossible for me to. GM, well they can't sell cadillacs to people that are dripping with money, so GM has zero clue.

    Apple on the other hand has figured out how to get poor people on FOOD STAMPS to buy their premium phones.

    Plus knowing apple, they wont try and make a giant sedan to appease everyone. they will make a city car that is small and fits in some kind of legal limbo hole like the 3 wheeled cars and golf carts that are legal to drive on the road. And people will buy the shit out of them.

    Because it allows them to increase rates at 25% a year. insurance companies have been making RECORD profits. They should be required to make 25% reductions yearly.

    The real problem is that he not only made sure the bush spying and war on freedom was continued, but he also increased persecution of whistleblowers trying to make public gross government spying and overstepping.

    I still firmly hold the opinion that anyone that voted for or signed the patriot act and any of it's extensions is actively working against the american public.

    Mostly because Obamacare is not what we got. we got Romneycare.

    Obamacare was going to be single payer free healthcare. We instead got a system to make insurance companies even richer that was penned by the republicans.

    A week? most data disaster you are down for at least 30 days. Hell you cant get an order for servers in from DELL even on rush faster than 2 weeks.

    If your company can survive zero revenue and 100% loss for 30 days, you either are sitting on a mountain of money, or your business is more of a hobby than anything else.

    Oh and if you lose your accounting data due to lack of a bomb proof plan, expect fines in the high 6 figure range.

    My grandfather intentionally planted that stuff along the back property line of his farm and it completely stopped the idiot hunters that cant read "no hunting" signs.

    "it's not like the locks are going to stop a well-placed boot." Mine will.
    steel door jamb and steel door with security grade door latch and deadbolt, even cops with their battering ram can't get through it. It's certified to LPS1175 Issue 7 SR4 so no wannabe door kicker is going to do anything but hurt himself.

    I love finding stuff at surplus sales.

    Step 1 get about 10-20 contact closure inputs on your computer.
    step 2 get at least 1-2 Relay closure outputs.
    Add a battery backup system
    Adda GSM cellular connection to fail over when power goes out or comcast is down yet again.
    write software to text you and set off the alarm relays when it senses any of the contact closures.

    not too hard to do with a RasPi.
