    I am a volunteer firefighter/EMT and the biggest joy is when the frail old lady you just helped thanks you. I'm sure you can find a number of places where you can make a difference.

    They have right to their "image", not *copy* rights to the image (picture). They can prevent you (the photographer) of using/selling/distributing/whatever the picture if certain cases, like if they were in a place where they expected privacy or the image is being used to suggest they were endorsing some company/product, etc...

    Just a update on a new EU directive that states that if the replacement is a brand new device, a new 2-year warranty period begins. Also, for the time your device is sent for repair the warranty "countdown" is suspended.

    After Portugal passed the EU directive into law, I grew used to hear from the sales clerk at various stores if I buy any device worth 50 eur or more: "and this is your invoice. Keep it as it serves as your warranty certificate, valid for two years"

    I got a 5800 Xpress Music for $250, and it works great: WiFi calls using skype/fring work almost flawlessly (ofc depends on your internet connection) Also, GPS with free OVI maps & navigation for life makes the phone a sweet deal.

    While Ted Klaudt served in the legislature, his name was attached to several bills designed to protect children from sex abuse. Klaudt served in the South Dakota House from 1998 to 2006. He served on the appropriations as well as the government operations and audit committees. And while in office, he co-sponsored several bills that took aim at sex offenders.

    I don't believe there are any requirements that the programs be dubbed in EU states (but I'm willing to look at any evidence to the contrary).

    Don't need to. I'm from Portugal, and in here, every movie or tv-show (except Shrek's and other kids movies) is presented in its original language, let it be english, french, chinese or martian, (with subtitles of course).
