    Ya, I know. not specifying the ~ price range is as good not doing anything.
    I am sure if I contacted any ISP right now I could get 100Mbps, if I had enough money.

    Not that it would matter what speed you get if they keep they extremely low max caps.
    and why 100Mbps, it seems so excessive, I find my 5Mbps adequate. And what about upload, if their is not a similar increase in upload speed you would not see any benefit form 100Mbps unless you download from many many servers at the same time. With 100 Mbps you will be able to run out of bandwidth for the month in a few minutes.

    And their is probably a lot more important things they could be going for: net neutrality, increased caps, stopping the angry phone calls from ISP (complaining that you are ruining it for everyone) when you actually use close to your max rate you paid for.

    Still Wondering, after reading the guide, if they managed to put enough content into the game to make it make sense to be a mmo game, Are you expected to explore the same age over and over again?
    And how does it differ from Uru: Ages beyond Myst, The screen shots looks like at least a large portion of it is in the same places.

    I think you misunderstood what i was going for.
    Cheating is never OK.
    But some students can moderately easily get a passing grade of less then 80% (for example), but are unwilling to do the work or just unable to get 90-100%.
    So a person that cheated on many tests in university will not necessarily be incompetent at his job, and could still "add some mods".

    While some cases are cut and dry some are not.
    I know in my CS program, we are not supposed to ever see any of our classmates code.
    Now I know I have been in situations were I did not understand this new language they were trying to teach us (mostly because they left the learning up to us) and have asked for and received someone else code to learn from and write my own code, not to copy.
    and i have shared my code on a few occasions with people i knew were not going to copy it.

    Well I am sure some people cheat not because they cannot do the work but because they would rather get 90-100% instead of 70-80%.

    While I am sure it did not damage India's economy the linked article did state that some (a significant enough "some" to be worth mentioning, apparently) of them do use it to get payed for their job.
    So this action by PayPal I am sure has inconvenienced many people and for any everyone that uses it as a source of income could find the next months financially challenging.
    So while they might not have a right to operate, I would hope any country would think twice before doing anything that would jeopardize any of its citizens legal sources of income.

    Note: I was not overly careful with my grammar so maybe you can find another mistake to poke fun of, if you find my logic/opinion to hard to counter.

    So is it illegal to transfer money into India? or do they just highly monitor all ways to do this (other then paypal)?

    I fail to see how such a policy is worth the economic problems of shuting down paypal for a whole country must of caused.
    And I am sure most of the people currently doing the remittances have probably been doing it for quite awhile, so why were they is such a rush that they could not have "fixed" their system without shutting down paypal in the mean time?

    Completely agree, while many homeschoolers might be doing it to force Christianity onto their children.
    This basic human right also prevents a pro religion government from forcing your kids to learn from a Christian/Muslim/etc. viewpoint.

    I do not know what school you went to, but at my high school it looked from my perspective that the kids just learned more about how to break the rules and get away with it then any respect for authority.

    In prisons there is also: "one [person] is denoted the [warden]... [who] is tasked with giving directions to other [people]... [which] mimics the organization of a gang."

    The general definition of a gang of people being just a group with a leader is so general that every human on average probably could be considered to be in 5+ gangs.

    Have these scientists contemplated what could happen if these created creatures escape into the wild breeding amongst themselves and/or other similar species.
    Whole ecosystems can be destroyed by introducing one creature into them.

    I like the examples they show to prove their point.
    Fixed width Monaco 10pt, which comes out too small and kind of blurry to me.
    and Proportional Helvetica Neue 12pt, which is in a bigger font and is actually reasonable sized.

    so yes, a reasonable sized proportional font is easier to read then a undersized fixed width font...

    Now China might not be the most loved country in the world but it is pretty hard to objectively rate a country. But whatever you might have to say about China it is one of the most powerful countries in the world.

    Indeed.
    Most people definition of Communist government is "an evil and tyrannical government", which is pretty ridiculous.
    It is amazing if you actually know what socialism or communism means, how often you hear anti socialism/communism people advocate socialism/communism ideas in complete ignorance.
