    there is supposed to be a file name after com.apple.quarantine

            xattr -d com.apple.quarantine executable

    that's the correct command.

    nope. you can still run fink with gatekeeper turned on.

    from the console run:

          xattr -d com.apple.quarantine

    then you can run that app and gatekeeper won't care.

    ArcSight is crap. Not one single SmartConnecter I've used that they've created has worked right, with the exception of the CEF connector, which I've used to replace their half assed implementations. Even their Logger appliance doesn't work right. I wouldn't recommend ArcSight to ANYONE.

    The glass trackpad *is* the buttons, and not like tapping to do a click.

    It works in a similar way to the ipod wheel, the corners move down when you press it. Watch the video on the macbook page. I was afraid of that too, but it really is quite nice.

    make is also there... (although not on that page, it is on the developer site)

    Didn't the Rumble Pack come out in 1996? I guess that might not violate these patents (I never owned one, anyone who does...does it have more than one speed?) but does the big N have a patent on that? If they do, can't they modify their patent to get rid of this Immersion BS for the good of everyone? I thought you could do that with patents..."update" them...
