    No one served any jailtime here. If the poster / headline writer would have taken half a minute to read the article, they would know this. The defendant was sentenced to a year of probation, there was no mention of jail.

    I'm going to write an Aibo virus that should prove quite profitable... here is a brief rundown of the algorithm for those interested.

    1) Direct Aibo to pick up its things (manuals, charger, etc)

    2) Walk Aibo from owners house to my house carrying its things.

    3) Take picture of itself and post a listing on ebay.

    4) Wait for auction ending and payment.

    5) Walk to new owners house.

    6) Repeat.

    How desperate are you people to come up with these pathetic ideas of how Microsoft will be toppled because a judge decided "Windows" is a generic word. Its going to take a lot more than that... namely, an operating system that compete on the desktop level.. something linux IS NOT.

    It is a GameCube, not a GameSquare, thus GamePentagon would not be the natural progression.

    Google is not all high and mighty, they accept plenty of money for their "Sponsored Links", which are advertisements, but appear almost identical to search results, and appear at the top of the results. For example, a search for "compilers" will yield the following result:

    how about... "stocks"

    Convenient account access. Powerful tools. Advanced trading technology.
    www.ameritrade.com

    The average computer user (my mom), would see this as the first result to her search.. but really its a well disguised advertisement.

    Google is great, don't get me wrong.. but before you go bashing other engines for taking money for guaranteed links, you should bash Google for their manipulative and sneaky ads.
