It's not? Cause I've seen several of these.

The most famous examples would be Jeanneke Pis in Brussels and Mieke Stroel in Zelzate. Of the top of my head: there's also one in Ellezelle and Dubrovnik.

You should be able to add just about any GNOME panel plugin with XfApplet.

Quick Launch seems to do pretty much the same thing as Xfce's Quicklauncher plugin though, so you might want to give that a try first.

Unless webcam*/voice/winks support is important, I highly recommend emesene. It's a relatively new player on the market, but it already includes several features missing from Pidgin, like custom smilies, setting and viewing personal messages (including "listening to" messages) and offline messaging. The clean UI and cute Tango smilies don't hurt either. *If you build from trunk, you should be able to receive webcam streams.

since you lacked the concept of invaders going AROUND your impenetrable defense. I know this is flamebait, but you're thinking of WW I, when the Germans tried to reach Paris through Belgium.

    From the blog:

A quick update on the state of play: I have now fabricated all the parts of the RepRap except the Z flag which is probably easier to just cut out of the side of a beer can. I've taken delivery of the steel rod for the frame, and the driver parts from Jaycar turned up this morning. So, all systems are go - except I have to be in Wellington for the next two days. The suspense is killing me!
GPL Note: Yes, we know the GPL doesn't cover hardware. That's why we're releasing hardware "In the spirit of" the GPL. We know about TAPR but it's not right for us at this point. It's complicated.

In fact, the game already _had_ billboards and posters from day 1, except they were mildly funny parodies instead of actual ads.

I mean they already have fictional restaurants there, with funny names like "El Super Mexicano." Isn't one of City of Heroes selling points its (admittedly tacky) humour? The way it doesn't take itself too seriously? Replace all the fictional billboards and restaurants with real world ones, and away goes the funny.

Add "Cut" as well as "Copy". There's a "Cut" option in the edit menu but it's always greyed out. If there's some obscure option key that will enable this, well... Select a file in Finder; Command+I; Click on its icon (top left); Copy; Select another file; Command+I; Click on its icon; Paste.
You can now "Cut" this new icon to revert to the default one!

As far as I know, that's the only reason "Cut" is there.
