There isn't one of course but trying to convince someone that has has that phrase along with the repeated rationalizations supporting it drilled into their head since childhood will be next to impossible.
I'm not surprised. Time Warner, the largest provider in the states has been rolling out decent upgrades recently. I'm in Kentucky (not typically the best availability) and am at 300/20 mbps as of this year. Not sure if this is a trend with other ISPs
No one complains about aspartame because they are worried about toxicity so I'm not sure who you are arguing with. The argument against aspartame has always been the studies showing it can be quite carcinogenic.
My guess is that this is overreach by the FDA though it would have been nice to see the actual amounts of said "chemicals". They mention formaldehyde but, is this formaldehyde at the levels you'd find in say a pear at the grocery store? Most likely this is state of California level of "harmful" and mostly nonsense.
It would typically be very hard to prove. Luckily the DNC was maintaining a spreadsheet of donors and what position they'd get rewarded with along with the amount of donation they provided.
He's probably referring to the portion of the emails exposing the intent to reward donors with specific positions: http://dailycaller.com/2016/07...
Yes I know.. not the best source.
It would be amusing if Whatsapp were to stand some servers up on all the major cloud services and use dynamic IPs. I wonder how large a range of the internet Brazil would be willing to block.
Millennials in a few years will need to be content with their virtual worlds and rich online social circles. Think how nice it will be for them to each have their own special virtual private island and mansion.
I'm wondering why he's assuming Nintendo has access to any data or what the Japanese have to do with this. All they did so far as I understand is license Pokemon to Niantic labs.
I wouldn't be too sure of a Hillary presidency. We're a long way off but Rasmussen has Trump leading now (within margin for err). Combine that with the lack of enthusiasm for Hillary and some fired up conservatives... it may not even be particularly close. Remember all the experts opining before Brexit and the assumption that Remain would win. latest poll: http://www.rasmussenreports.co...
This is a good point. I would find in favor of Facebook where I on a jury but the more Facebook filters content they don't agree with, the more they might open themselves up for things like this. I would think you'd have to show that they were aware of the communications taking place and chose not to interfere though... or that being aware of it would have been such a trivial thing as to show recklessness on their part.
Speaking as someone from Kentucky, if people need to attend an institution of higher education to be aware of basic concepts of jurisprudence then our primary education system is more messed up than I thought;) I would imagine he's actually got a pretty good chance given how strong an anti-establishment / anti-government streak there is in Kentucky.
The downside of this is that young men today tend to look like tall Gollums from lord of the rings. They are willowy and tall compared to earlier generations but round shouldered, hunched over and pale. -Generalizing of course.
I wouldn't write your obituary just yet. We may have cured multiple sclerosis earlier this year and I suspect your new cyborg heart is just around the corner.
There may be some environmental factors as well but I'd suspect diet as the primary driver of this. We're well past the 80s and early 90s where everyone thought that fat was the devil and sugar and sugar replacements were a great alternative to flavoring your food and everyone drinks a liter of coke or pepsi a day. I'd expect this has to do with the swing back toward actual food.
Surely if we look only at murder rates only we can within some reasonable margin of error conclude something from them. Take the FBI chart for 2013 (below) that we've probably all seen before. Black and white homicide rates are close to tied -with white homicide perpetrators being slightly fewer. Now, of course I assume the causes are cultural and socioeconomic (fixable) but I don't see how we'll ever address crime in this country effectively if we constantly make excuses for the offenders:

See page 11 of this DOJ PDF below and seek out this line "In 2008, the off ending rate for blacks (24.7 off enders per 100,000) was 7 times higher than the rate for whites (3.4 offenders per 100,000)"
Per wikipedia: "According to the US Department of Justice, blacks accounted for 52.5% of homicide offenders from 1980 to 2008, with whites 45.3% and "Other" 2.2%." So if you account for 52% of murders I would imagine you'd probably also account for about half of shootings by police and... guess what? Blacks make up about 50% of police shootings. -Keep in mind that blacks are only 12% of the population in the US.
Agreed. Furthermore, I would hope that facebook would NOT host videos glorifying the deaths of innocents (ISIS propaganda) but would host such videos that have or might have significance to society. It might be a difficult line to walk sometimes but I certainly would feel that obligation if it were my company hosting the material -"Conservative" that avoids facebook like the plague.
Well, I guess I'll burn some karma. It is still cheap garbage though. I try not to be elitist about this sort of thing but if you do your grocery shopping at Walmart you're eating the wrong stuff. It is mostly crap I wouldn't feed my dog and while you might argue that other chains have similar content, the fact is that those other stores at least make an effort to have a few isles of healthy "hipster" foods. People of course claim that the cheap prices make it a good option for the lower income consumer but if you observe the majority of those consumers in the store... they don't exactly look starved for calories.

Most looking to upgrade will probably wait for the xbox "scorpio" next year.
Crime isn't driven by poverty it is driven by culture and IQ. See the Appalachia.
Funny that asian immigrants seem not experience this drag on their prospects you are mentioning.

I suppose Consumer Reports would be just as happy based on their rationale if Tesla were to rename it to "Intelligent Cruise" or something like that.

I read about it in the popular media so no direct link to study: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/new...
