  1. The handshake isnt the confusing part on Scientists Create Equation For a Perfect Handshake · · Score: 1

The confusing part is whether or not the other person is going to actually shake your hand or do that stupid palm slide and then bump knuckles thing. It's ok if it's a friend or something and you know it's coming, but strangers/new acquaintances do this to me all the time.

I have actually started making people start over and actually shake hands properly.

"No, put out your hand. Good. Now, the webs of our thumbs meet like this and then we shake. This is what we call 'shaking hands'."

Or is that not how it works?

No, not really. It's a shitty example. Something like that would be class action.

A better example would be accusing the manager of a McDonalds of spitting in your food, or the local mom and pop store putting neurotoxins in your food.

They have multiple purposes, I don't see how an inanimate object can be seen in pro or anti educational light.

There are many drinkers that go out for bloody marys the next day. "Hair of the dog that bit ya'". And then you feel worse an hour after you stop drinking and go back to sleep.

I spend a lot of times in bars being a musician, and I can't even count how many times I could've pounded some drunk guy into the ground who wanted to start a fight, but just shouted him down and got him kicked out. Yeah, It just goes to show the impact that advertising has.

The bundle gained great success immediately after being featured on sites such as Ars Technica and Slashdot for followup blog posts about game piracy and multi-platform gaming.

Whether it's indie games or music, it's all about advertising. People can say fuck the middleman all they want, but that middleman (large label) has the money/connections to promote and advertise so you can make some money.

Granted, if you're product is FANTASTIC it will go viral, but without the initial kick that advertising gets, you don't stand to make much money without a lot of footwork and effort.
