I have this impression of China that everything there is done as cheaply as possible without regard to safety or double checking, etc. It reminds me of one of my favorite blog posts showing the difference between the way the Japanese and the Chinese refuel a plane. Notice that the Chinese guy is starting the siphoning of the fuel with his mouth. The owners of this restaurant were too cheap to pay some English-speaking Chinese kid a hundred yuan to translate it for them. At least we get some laughs out of it.
There is probably more English done right than wrong in China, and the truth is that these people are using english not to inform, but to add some level of flair to their "marketing".
Most importantly, it isn't targeted at english speaking people.
Most programmers started out teaching themselves. Only mild support is necessary. Either he has the interest or he doesn't. Chances are if he's not especially moved by a hello world program he's probably not going be that motivated to stick with it.
Are there any sites or services in which you'd voluntarily look at ads to lend a hand?
Absolutely. After paying a gigantic broadband bill of "more than the cost of a BMW", Tom Green momentarily had to take down his videos to come up with an advertising strategy.
He now has popup ads that come up during the playback of the copious amounts of video he provides on his website (for free) and I know that many of his constituency (including myself) are happy to try to subsidise the amount of good will he has show us by clicking on the ads at every occasion.
People who give, give, give for free deserve to be rewarded and I can think of few who have given on their website as Tom has over the last year or so.
I don't know about you chaps and chappesses but I have my doubts about my 3-5 cup regime will ever being medically advisable.
A glass of wine is good, too. A bottle? Perhaps not.
Good grief. For a minute there I thought the entire PC gaming industry was going to crash down infront of me.
Quad sli is a crude (ie, consuming excess physical space and $$$$) representation of the future of graphics cards. It is an enthusiast concept for those who absolutely have to have it. It isn't the future. Fact of the matter is, you can immediately reject based on sheer use of space. Were we huffing and puffing at the future of the cpu industry when the concept of dual cpus came out? I don't think so.
(because the article is extremely light on details):
Is how they can be effectively throttling wholesalers. Do they have solid data on numbers of end users?
I don't see how they can be at fault here, it sounds as if they are perhaps making a stand against wholesalers overselling their allotted bandwidth.
Here in Australia, our throttling is done by the ISP's. I suppose, an effect of throttling wholesalers may be that there is a trickle down effect and the ISPs end up doing something to manage their bandwidth.
When google sends them traffic (for free).
Besides, I think that it is unlikely many people will use google to search individual inventories. Maybe I'm naive, but I routinely choose not to search a site with google (if there is an option).
There was an LED art installation. It consisted of pretty large array of rgb leds arranged into cube. The LEDs were housed in what looked like ping pong balls or something to this effect.
The effects it could produce were phenomenal. The switching was obviously extremely configurable as they were able to amazing shows. Imagine seeing shapes created by these leds moving in any directions (migrating to different leds obviously), changing colours etc.
Could only find this video of it. Would have been better to have taken it a bit further away.

If it is what not to do, Why do I now know their name?
(Please don't play that it is bad publicity. Nothing could embarrass them more than their bandname).
I would imagine their idea of enforcement goes something along the lines of savage rick rolling on the limewire network.
And call it "A cure for marijuana".
For less blowjobs.
Don't be so sure. 2pac is still bangin' them out.

Yeah, but isn't it just cheaper to skip immediately to the anal?

Venus overspent its budget? Would explain one or two things.

Have to chalk it up to bad luck.

If there was any truth to this idea it would lie in the promotion of creativity via altered states.
