Hey Rary. I have posted about this before but you should really give PS3MediaServer a shot. Google for some information about it.

It was originally developed for the PS3 hence the name. However, due to its overwhelming usefulness it has been configured to work with xbox.

It is open-source and maintained very well.

And that is why I will not stop using PS3Mediaserver(http://code.google.com/p/ps3mediaserver/). It is by far the best UPnP client for PS3 and is catching on with Xbox360 users as well.

It is an open source project that is updated quite frequently. For anyone still using Tversity I would highly recommend giving this a shot. It transcodes all basically all formats for viewing on the PS3.

The official forum for PS3Mediaserver = http://ps3mediaserver.org/forum/ You can find beta builds here and interesting conversation.

EA Sports Madden franchise seems to be in beta for another 4 months after GA as well.

Hello NYCL. I have a little question for you. I was under the impression that the DoJ handled criminal, financial, civil matters. If this is the case why would the need copyright lawyers? To me it would seem appropriate to fill the positions with criminal, financial, civil lawyers.

Who knows I could be out in left field on this one though.
