I saw this while eating lunch and misread what was written. Then I had the immediate image of bored housewives trying to resell 'spare toys' with a company valuer from the original 'parties' designating value.
Next thought was the economy must be in worse shape than I realized. Maybe I should open a Girls, Girls, Girls Goodwill.
The Windows 2003 Enterprise license allows up to four installed Windows 2003 Server (up to enterprise, but can use standard as well) virtual machines. However, as I understood it that only applies if you are using the Microsoft virtualization technologies. The results of an audit may vary when you are using the VMWare for your physical box.
Unfortunately in terms of licensing many of the companies are only just catching up and depending on your enterprise or auditors they may or may not be 100% up to date on these issues. Hard to blame them though since some of the vendors are changing how they count processors and machines what seems like daily.
I find it incredibly amusing that just reading this made me think this was a post about gun control.
Though I guess when you boil it all down legislation on *-control comes to the same basic arguments. Most especially when whatever they are trying to control is a tool of any type.
I have to wonder why they persist in passing laws that are trying to create some kind of artificial moral framework. The examples to look to in both government and leaders of industry are largely so corrupt one has a hard time recognizing sincerity and honesty instead of simply dismissing them as a sycophant.
Well, you could get Sidney J. Furie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094074/ from Superman 4 and make sure that it doesn't stay on the air. Though to be honest it sounds more like something you'd see on the BBC.
It's entertaining enough that even my wife likes to watch it with me. Plus it's also quite amusing to actually see someone almost as tall as I am in those high end cars.
Though without a doubt I can say that I wouldn't buy a car based on their recommendation.
I think I might have even seen this suggestion somewhere on/. but my new favorite is:
Listen for just a second then (as if you just determined it isn't anything important) interrupt them and ask them if they can call back later or if they would mind holding on for a minute while you finish masturbating.
I can say the only responses I've gotten from that one is either *click* or uuuuuhhhhhhh......*click* hehe
Why would they actually read them? That's why the lobbyists provide dinners and 'meetings' so that they can explain the relevant portions. Anything else just gets in the way of all the other dinners and meetings they need to attend.
I might be a masochist but I can honestly say that I very much enjoyed both 7th Guest and the 11th Hour games. There were only two puzzles that I can remember offhand that I really disliked. One was the moving the Knights on a small section of chessboard and the other was the puzzle similar to the game of life (the bacteria growing one, not the Life board game)
Well, you just wait until the S&M deptarment has lost their riding crops and gag balls. Then you'll really hear some screaming...err not, um wait I'm not really sure anymore.
I really must thank you for this information. Not only is this quite novel by itself but I also happen to have an old Victrola and a good deal of the records from my great grandfather (and most of them still work pretty well!)
I'm just gonna have to dig out those records and see if they've got similar licenses.
And I most certainly agree with your assessment concerning the games they play and likely will continue for the rest of my life. Even still I hold out hope of better things to come.
Maybe I'm just overly hopeful, but it certainly seems to me that people in the legal system are begining to see just how ridiculous many of these 'flimsy' shrinkwrap/EULA/itsnotyoursitsreallyalicense type arguements are.
Wish in one hand...and you'll soon be washing them both
That is a very simple question I've been asking ever since I spent a while working in the UK and Europe.
The diesel cars over there really changed my perception of diesel vehicles since living mostly in rural areas of Texas large duelies and farm equipment are what I am mostly acquainted with. All of those vehicles are quite loud and slow since they are mostly concerned with torque, towing and similar applications.

I have ridden my motorcycle from Nov '98 until two months ago as my only form of transportation.
In all that time noticed that the vast majority of riders are of the fair weather sort. Now that I've got a car I'll happily join them. I'm just saying you might wait to see how many people are still riding when it's raining or 30F outside.
Aside from that all I've got to say is enjoy the ride.
I certainly hope for more out of these type devices in the future, but I can certainly say I'm interested. If nothing else it's a cheap piece of hardware that (hopefully!) just works and adds a benefit to my subscription.
Plus without the FIOS TV options and lackluster cable options I've loved Netflix or e-hits ever since I started using those types of services. I'm also glad to see that some people at least are trying to move forward with ideas like this.
I thought this is why we've got 15 different CSI's on every week.
Are you saying we need more?
WHAT??? I can't hear you...there's something in my ear.
While working in England I once saw a freight box on the back of a lorry that had dimension measurements for door clearance of 2m by 3ft.
At that point I was horribly confused.

They've already got a starter database "Oracle Database 10g Express" or Oracle Database XE and it is similar to MSDE or SQL 2005 Express.

Or quite simply "You can try to build an idiot-proof system, but someone will always build a better idiot."

Or campaigns that need to be run...
Whew, I almost thought I might have to change the password on my luggage...close call.
Now if it was crawfish season I'd have to politely disagree with you but seeing as how it is hurricane season I'll join you at church.
Lord knows I wouldn't want to end up in THX1138's world cause from what I saw masturbation would seriously lose its fun.

Yes I did enjoy the early Larry games, but I also had a helluva good time playing the MCL version for the original xbox.
And please don't be upset if I say your username reminded me greatly of the Corsican Brothers hehe.

Even if your job is dull, that's hardly a problem - afterall that's why people have hobbies
But really as with probably most people here my 'hobby' during work happens to beAccording to this pair presumably the students at UF are at least as interested in goatse as apple pie.
Strange college kids hehe
