Or the point of closing gitmo might just be a belated attempt to appear to be a country that believes in freedom and rule of law. Have you seen any real evidence that the detainees are as dangerous as you have been told?

Remember the same people who *claim* these guys are dangerous, told us Iraq had WMD, and are proven liars.

Gitmo has destroyed any moral authority the US may have once had in the world. If a US soldier is captured and tortured in future, the US has no cause for complaint, as they have done the same themselves, much to the disappointment of those of us who believe in the rule of law. remember when truth and justice was the American way?

So show some real evidence these are what you so naively refer to as "Bad guys".

Its cute you believe waterboarding stopped in 2003 too, want to buy a large bridge?

That a single network is a good idea. I work in education in Aust, and govt policy is admin network, which contains students confidential records, is always kept phisically isoalated form the student network.

The only point at which the networks connect is the outgoing router, and connections between the 2 are not allowed by the router.

I would suggest this is a much more secure option. You may find education dept policy requires seperate networks anyway.

I wouldn't let him write stuff down, and showed him how to work things out and what to watch for in terms of virus and malware

Somehow he has avoided viruses over the years and nearly all malware.

It's a miracle for XP. He has also become a computer power fiend, WD Raptor, high end Core 2 duo 4 gig RAM 21" CRT-he says most other computers are slow...and upgrades every 2 years.

But we can't get my Mum to use a PC at all, even with games.
