wish I could get down to 6 and feel refreshed. I need around 11-12 to feel refreshed. I think I'm part feline (no time to cite it right now, but 16-18 hours is normal for a cat.)
I've also heard -- and I can't verify this -- that it helps to have a notebook full of sketches, stories, game mechanics, ideas you've had in relation to games. You keep this and bring it to an interview.
Also, Don't forget to have the local courthouse document all pages of said folder first, in case they ask to keep it for further review. They may just use it and not credit you for it.
don't forget those of us in towns out in the boondocks that can't get access to high speed internet. When I was playing SC 1, my dial-up connection was only able to achieve 26.4kbps due to the phone lines. That connection speed meant that I was banned from every battle.net session I ever played.
LAN parties were my escape from that Hell. Sure, there were only 4 of us in the town that even played SC, but we could get together, hook up a basic router, and play LAN real fast.
And I remember that I stopped playing after one of the patches because it no longer felt like the same game. I had to reinstall from my disk, and update only to the patch right before that one, and had to play LAN only from then on to avoid said update.
wow, I know reading the article is a sin.. but you didn't even read the summary..
Second, to bring a copyright claim at all, you first have to register your work with the Copyright Office by mailing it to them with a $35 fee. (There was some inconsistency in the answers here, but the consensus seems to be: You own the copyright on something as soon as you create it, but you can't file a copyright lawsuit until after you've registered your work. However, once you've registered, you can then go back and sue for copyright violations that took place before the registration date. If you register more than 90 days after the date of first publication, you can only sue for actual damages â" your monetary losses, or the infringer's ill-gotten gains â" for violations that took place before you registered the work. But if you register within 90 days of first publication, you can sue for statutory damages and attorney's fees, even for violations that took place before you registered.)
can't say for the fire department, but in 'John Stossel Goes to Washington' he does investigate government's efficiency vs private sector efficiency in situations where the private sector as acquired ownership of a previously government owned/ran concept.
put down 4 websites that require top secret clearance to view, some fake login information, then a note reminding that viewing those pages without the proper clearance is a felony. Then see if they call back saying the logins don't work:)
no kidding. Ever try to sign up to the same site twice? I've done it many times to see the site say "That email address is already registered." and I go "ooo! I wonder what cool stuff I have in this account I didn't know I had!"
I have trouble envisioning a piece of paper large enough for all of my login accounts, let alone 3 lines. And I hope they understand when I just give 5 passwords at the top and tell them to keep trying for each site cause I don't remember which password goes with which account:|
you mean 3.4mbps was unbearably slow to you? Perhaps you should stop downloading pr0n, or large files through your phone. standard web pages should seem to load at the same speed with anything over 1mbps (know many web pages over 128KB?). You only have a 5GB/month limit on bandwidth when tethering.. that's.. an hour and a half of full usage.
they could reduce their prices if they stopped selling phones also. Every day each company spends at least 10's of thousands in replacing phones that were warrantied due to bad troubleshooting (and having to repurchase the phone from the manufacturer for sending a phone for a problem not covered by warranty) or replacing with a new phone (customer complained waayy too much) or in selling the phone for $200 less to gain a 2 year contract.
only if you port out to another carrier, or wait for the number to re-enter the pool. Otherwise I don't think they have access to the tools needed to regrab that number.

better yet, why would someone ask the question to the group the question is about?
let's make the question more simple.
Are you guys more trustable in person, or in remote? Which situation leads to a fewer number of you stealing my stuff?
for I don't want my base are belong to you.
"Sir, we can't replace your Iphone for the blow speaker because our system shows the device was in 120+ degree weather for longer than 30 seconds."
"I drove here in a car with no AC. It's 113 degrees outside.. I just called first and you guys said it would be fine."
"Sorry sir, our sensor doesn't record when the event took place, simply that the event took place. Have a nice day."
that's the sad part about the Rockies. The internet the the area really sucks.
Sometimes I wonder how is it that Verizon can stay in business.
Because people like you will continue to use their service even though you have many complaints.
go figure. A company with a client base that refuses to switch providers can stay in business :)
nope, only one.
and yet my firefox still won't auto load half the passwords it has for the sites...
It was probably partly overwritten by spaces
wait.. you actually got modded interesting for pointing out what the summery said?
So spaces were stuffed into a field where binary zero should have been.

That's an awesome idea.. Use mobile broadband which has a pretty standard 5GB monthly cap for gaming...
Why not just have everyone pitch in for a T3 line for one of the houses.. It would probably cost less, and be freakin awesome ontop of that..

what about the cities that list tech jobs as: 0 ?
"I'm 5'7, average build, funny, smart, and love to have a good rime"
I believe I have just summed up every profile on the internet.

that was the first thought that ran through my mind when I read the summary..
ETFs are an outrage...
once a discount is given, the company has lost it's bargaining power by showing it's willing to back down. It must be given again and again.
"tsfroggy" is the beginning of a new revolution in personal rights and freedoms from businesses.
AT&T is never right. End of story.

Have you heard of the patriot act?
HOW did they explain the whole concept of slavery for the... 10,000 years BEFORE Darwin then?
