Due to all these issues Samsung has been having with devices, I see Apple banking huge on Samsung's misfortune which is a bit saddening for Android users.
But the most notable remark from Nadella was when he said this, "Windows is the most open platform there is."
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Now see if he had said something to the effect of, "Linux is the most open platform there is." or if he had stated, "Windows is the most used platform there is." then sure, yeah, this would be more accurate. I cringe at how people misinterpret the word "Open" under generalized context.
Just how far in debt is Twitter to make major companies walk away so abruptly? Usually for a corporate entity it takes a substantial amount of concern, and cons out weighing the pros to walk away from the consideration of a bid on a major internet company.
I have several emails attached to accounts that I do not use at all whatsoever. The only reason they still exist is because I have them forwarded. If I lost that feature I'd just kill them completely.
As a test I created a Yahoo account, and verified they do NOT allow users to forward email, nor do they have an option available for this. This seems awfully shady in light of the current issues.
It was never an alternative to the iPhone. BlackBerry almost invented the smartphone market.
Blackberry made it's mark in it's earlier years, and at the time was a really good phone, but due to a drop in user base, a lack in device innovation, and market decline the Blackberry has run it's course.
But can it play Clash of Clans? Ironically besides text, and phone calls, that is the only other item that would be useful for this phone from an app level. Not bad for a nostalgic remake. Outside of this 2003 will want it's phone back.
People will sue for anything these days. I get the premise, and the embarrassment, but to go as far as to sue? for actual cash revenue? from her parents? She must either A.) Hate her parents or B.) Is greedy a hell.
Considering she's 18 I am wondering if she was at some point financially cut off from her parents, and this is a way to retaliate. Then again I could be wrong.
I see iPhone 7's and MacBook Pros taking a significant hit in sales if they go all in, and continue to charge outrageous prices for the 3.5mm headset jack adapters.
Who gives a shit what facebook lusers believe? They're apathetic and live their lives according to that website and app. While they were all exited about Bernie Sanders, did they go out and vote in the primaries and support him in public? No. The just jerked each other off online. If they got off their asses and actually did something, Sanders would be the Democratic candidate.
Your statement is nonsensical, and holds speculative opinion at best.
And now, they are all hate'in Clinton so they'll use that as an excuse to stay at home on facebook and bitch and moan when Trump wins. And continue their circle jerk on facebook during his presidency.
Rinse repeat in '20.
This is just purely political banter, and has no real merit on the article at hand.
And as far as the rest of the World's lusers, it's just people who don't have a life and do nothing to better their communities. Today's couch potatoes.
It's "losers" not "lusers". Internet dictionaries are free.
And everyone of them gets spoon fed information and advertisements while their personal information is being pimped out.
Sadly in the age of social media this is the world we live in. Get used to it.
I think in the end if chip makers such as Intel, and AMD take a big enough hit when purchases for the new chips plummet; both companies will eventually backpedal to re-implement support for the more popular version of Windows to attempt to remain profitable. In the end if both chip makers take a big enough hit depending on how much they get from kickbacks from Microsoft, they might just bail on the so-called "newest OS and up" thought process.
Granted, this truly depends on how accurate this story is when it comes to what both companies actually plan on doing versus assuming what the will do. Either way it will be fun to watch the shit-storm that brews from this.
If it weren't for PC game developers being so hell bent on creating games solely for the Windows ecosystems I wouldn't touch Windows again.. at least not from a desktop level.
In the end the need for gaming is my real enemy.
I see older chips that are pre-Kaby, and pre-Zen selling far faster, and in larger quantities than the new chips. The reality is there are still far too many Windows users utilizing Windows 7 over Windows 10.
North Korea has a long way to go. They barely succeeding in launching a rocket after several failures. I'd give it 25 to 30 years before they perfect something than can exit the earths atmosphere, and maintain a trajectory course to the moon with a possibility of successfully landing a flag on our lunar neighbor.

Correction: They have removed the code for "Automatic Email Forwarding".
To answer your question.. over time it gets expensive running your own. 10 to 15 years ago it was much cheaper, and more conducive to do this.

I'm right there with you. No data caps is nice, especially with the amount of data I can crank out with machine backups in a month.
Would this require software companies to open-source non-hardware specific software?
They want their printers back.
Why not? it's my opinion

I knew sooner or later people would buy their way into politics to this degree. Kind of sad actually.

LOSERS! facebook is for LOSERS!
This is childish at best.
Would be the best description for this post. Yes I get the overall message. Sadly this his how a low of "end-users" get pwned.
Same here.
Agreed. Gaming is the only reason I touch Windows anymore.

It's like someone commented before... Hello Linux.

Our Fedora Core 7 server ran seemlessly throughout the new years time change.
