Say I bought 100 bitcoins back when they were worth nothing and never touched them until today. One bitcoin is worth $1055 now. What did I lose? Changing them into currency isn't a problem. Newegg accepts bitcoin so I buy random items and resell them on eBay. So yeah I take a slight loss there along with fees but come on how is that not a sound plan?
Doesn't Amazon take bitcoin payments? I'd buy Amazon gift cards and sell them on ebay for a minuscule loss.Hell pawn shops buy gift cars now days if you want cash.
Yes I have. Windows 10 installs updates without asking, thrashes the drive for hours while doing so, slows any programs you are using to a crawl, and then breaks said program after rebooting while you were getting coffee.
About the only thing left is the POWER series that IBM is pushing. I'd really like to see a desktop computer based on the AS/400 architecture. So different and much more logical. Tons of low level stuff normally handled by the OS is done in hardware.
Fuck how long has Slashdot been around and they still can't fix this shit? familyâ(TM)s familyâ(TM)sfamilyâ(TM)s This is seriously the only time in my many years on the internet I have not seen a website unable to render text correctly.
Linux is only free if your time is worth nothing. Hardware and software had to be spec'd and tested. Software had to be written, people had to be trained, etc etc. It certainly isn't as easy as installing Linux and then sitting someone down and saying "here you go, carry on".
So is there any benefit to using an IPv6 tunnel? Are there IPv6 only sites?
Sounds like Oracle.
If 300 million iCloud passwords suddenly stopped working you'd hear about it.
I use Chrome daily and never knew it was an option. But then again I'm not of those hoarders who has hundreds of tabs open.
See now you're greedy. If you bough that much early on you'd probably affect the market somehow and it would backfire.

Well say hello to a jail cell then. You can be help for contempt for a very long time.
Almost daily I see svchost.exe eating up a core and thrashing my drive.

This is either a clever troll or sad individual. Fuck your team building exercises. I do the job you pay me for, end of story.
What would you do, NOT use the driver and run your $600 video card in VESA mode?

The other way to look at it is not enough people use the Linux driver for them to even bother with advertising.
Oh yeah Vancouver is great, you'll make $300,000 per year to start and your rent will be $7000 a month.

Point me to the open source equivalent of SolidWorks or Adobe Premiere and then we can talk.
The funny thing is the conservatives were saying the same thing about Clinton in the late 1990s. Especially with the Y2K bug.
Too big to fail. AT&T is already bigger than they were in the 1980s when the feds broke them up.
I'd name OpenVMS, AS/400, and AIX as being more reliable than Linux.
Again, you offer no proof. More likely its the 10,000 advertising metrics and cookies that track you.
I ask this question all the time. Nobody can ever post packet logs of Chrome "spying".
I gave up on Firefox when they became Chrome Jr. and added a voice chat feature. Nobody asked for any of that.
