which probably equates to a good uninterruptible power supply (UPS), giving about 30mins to 1 hour of battery time if this bad boy runs at full overclocked and full power speeds.
If the security hole introduced intentionally with malice, or nothing is done about a known security bug, then getting sued maybe on the cards... It depends on the impact the security hole...eg privacy or information breach.
If the security hole was introduced without malice or fixed in time, or does not have major impact (ie affects only test data, or performance...), then you're unlikely to have a case for litigation.
My 386DX has an external Maths Coprocessor, => can only do floating point functions:( However mine's now a bit faster overclocked it from 33Mhz to 52Mhz... your one does how 5.2 Ghz -> Sure my M series superseeds your G series..right?........ right?

Though this was an unfortunate event, it just shows that we must respect not just the wildest of animals that can kill, but those that we share our environment with, including ourselves.

With all that high spec dual core processor, gfx card, big 30% brighter lcd screen, simulateous virus scanning, burning cds and all the wizbang gizmos...I think it's more of a 'desktop replacement' than a 'notebook'.
If you are doing word processing good, if you're playing, have a power socket nearby.
From the article:...The T2600 can't quite take the overall performance crown from the likes of the Athlon 64 FX-60 or the X2 4800+, but jeez, it's startlingly close....
Given the T2600 runs at 2.16ghz
Compare this to
AMD 4800+ 2.4ghz
it really does seem the 'Mhz = performance' is well and truely over...and for the first time Intel seems to be saying to AMD "We too can play your Mhz mean 'nuffin game'"
Again...the test results maybe affected by the chipsets used for the different processor architectures, which in turn affected the the types of memory used (DDR2/DDR) etc etc...

As I ex-bartender/waiter (blah blah long time ago)... It's all to do with the bubbles/throth/thewhitelayerthingymagig. How you pour the beer in determines how the liquid flows into the glass. The smoother the flow and less disturbance of the pour, the less bubbles (CO2) you are going to get formed. You can see this when you pour cola into a glass as well! IMHO is that short, wide glasses (if you pour it right),tend to make for this smooth flow of liquid, hence less bubbles. One is more more likely to distuble the pour of the liquid in a Tall, narrow glasses of the same volume - hence leading to more bubbles and less grog.

For those of us with Dynamic IP addresses: there always been those times where you get that one bad bad 'black-listed' IP (previously used for spamming, haxing etc).
Worse still, 'black-list' blocks not JUST only the IP, but entire subnets or IP ranges...you spend a whole friggen day debugging your network-router-firewall setup and spend the rest of the week arguing with your ISP about who's fault it is.
Solutions: ifconfig/renew? - sometimes does not work due to DHCP server keeps on serving you the same IP based on your MAC ADDR, and you are forced to wait for expiry lease to lapse. change MAC address? - an option, as 'most' routers can 'spoof' MAC addresses.

No 'karma' for 'sutra'
Do I get less junk mail in my letter box at home these days?
Do I get less call centre calls to my phone during dinner these days?
You get less if there are regulatory or filter restrictions in place. Doesn't reduce the number of people/organizations sending out or calling.
