Until they stream in 1080p with full audio the online portion of the service is useless for me. I have a home theater with the big TV and big audio system so I can enjoy the whole movie. If I'm on a plane then streaming might make sense otherwise I want the physical disc quality.
Isn't the point of having 9 members on the Supreme Court to avoid ties? If they can't ALL take part they shouldn't be dealing with the case until they ALL can...
Blizzard lets you know but they have a very bad habit of using 100% of your upstream bandwidth which ends up slowing your download since you can't acknowledge all the incoming data fast enough. It may have gotten better but they still need to limit it to 90% or something.
A lot of the changes have made the code much more modular. You don't need to include everything if you don't need it. This also allows you to plug in other database adapters if you want.
One of the nice routing changes allows you to call Rack or Sinatra applications from within your Rails application.
I'm really looking forward to using this going forward.
The difference is that when they follow you, they haven't done something to your property.
The act of attaching a GPS to my car is doing something to my personal property, which to me falls under the need to have my permission or a warrant to do it.
You want to follow me, go nuts. You want to attach something to my car, get a warrant.
Can you imagine signing up for a "3 DVD's at a time" plan from Netflix and then when you actually check out 3 at a time they start bitching up a storm because "You're hoarding the DVD's!!! None of the other customers will be able to rent any of them!!!".
is not to play.
Use someone *else's* face as your unlock.
Like Teddy Roosevelt.
And then put that picture as your login screen, so it'll log you in if you point at a mirror.
It'll still be a problem if Zombie Teddy Roosevelt steals your phone, but how likely is that...
So you now have a cell-phone that's only useful near mirrors.
And completely useless if you're a vampire.
Why not? It's working just fine for Blizzard and World of Warcraft...
Go = backend
Dart = frontend

...Likewise I bought Final Fantasy 10 for $20 and have been playing it for ten years.
Not really very good at gaming, are you?
You're implying that a group composed entirely of female animals will... breed? No, I'm simply saying that life, uh... finds a way.

you owe me 11 replacement dolphins

Or perhaps if I have something that I don't want anyone to know, it's NONE OF THEIR FUCKING BUSINESS!
You don't HAVE to search using Google. You can always go down to your public library.

Adventure.
The new major release fixes several remaining bugs in the 3.x releases, and introduces a bunch of bugs.
Can we have the MPAA and the RIAA do some product placement please?

Umm, I believe Netflix was throttling your movie delivery times based on your usage.

It would seem that a lot of people would like to find out the information about users BEHIND the great firewall...
