    Until they stream in 1080p with full audio the online portion of the service is useless for me. I have a home theater with the big TV and big audio system so I can enjoy the whole movie. If I'm on a plane then streaming might make sense otherwise I want the physical disc quality.

    Blizzard lets you know but they have a very bad habit of using 100% of your upstream bandwidth which ends up slowing your download since you can't acknowledge all the incoming data fast enough. It may have gotten better but they still need to limit it to 90% or something.

    A lot of the changes have made the code much more modular. You don't need to include everything if you don't need it. This also allows you to plug in other database adapters if you want. One of the nice routing changes allows you to call Rack or Sinatra applications from within your Rails application. I'm really looking forward to using this going forward.

    The difference is that when they follow you, they haven't done something to your property. The act of attaching a GPS to my car is doing something to my personal property, which to me falls under the need to have my permission or a warrant to do it. You want to follow me, go nuts. You want to attach something to my car, get a warrant.

    Can you imagine signing up for a "3 DVD's at a time" plan from Netflix and then when you actually check out 3 at a time they start bitching up a storm because "You're hoarding the DVD's!!! None of the other customers will be able to rent any of them!!!".

    Umm, I believe Netflix was throttling your movie delivery times based on your usage.
