Right, most health plans won't cover it in most cases.. meaning only the wealthy will be able to be allergy free. Sucks to be middle class or poor in America.
A lot of the serious issues caused by the immune system in childhood involve using dangerous drugs like methotrexate to stop the process and restart it. If there could be a more effective and safe treatment that would be awesome. Again, maybe not available in the US though.
I didn't like Mint, didn't get that far, wouldn't go back. And no it's not just like any Debian-based system because Elementary OS is debian based and you can't do it there.
Yes, good luck with that American health industry. Now the wealthy can cure their allergies while most suffer. Good thing Americans are pouring so much into their health industry they're getting good research from BELGIUM. This is more important than it is at first glance. There are a lot of crippling diseases caused by over activity of the bodies allergic response, especially in childhood.
Where I am, there is a stab shield behind every driver, a strobe light on the top of the vehicle for emergencies, and the back seat is covered with vinyl so that it is washable. Those are the ones that are plain as day, and yes every cab has them because they wouldn't get their license otherwise.
The thing you don't understand is the old ways are what society has already decided was the best thing to do. If Uber wants new ways then they convince people that their new ways are better and have the existing laws relaxed because then the people get to have a say on what would work best for everyone. You don't set up an illigal business.
They provide a certain amount of access for the disabled, where I am there are many required safety features required for the car. Anyone in the public can see if their missing the safety shield.
KDE seemed to me to be the industrial choice and Gnome was the usability choice. While Gnome got some better more industrial features over time, KDE just stayed industrial.
I used Elementary OS for a long time and loved it. But things got very nasty very quickly usability-wise as soon as they switched to the next version, and there is no in place upgrade option so I kind of got stuck. Mint I found very bloated and not as smooth as Elementary, and I was using MATE which is supposed to be lighter weight. Recently I settle for Debian or Ubuntu because I want to be able to roll forward the OS without reinstalling, though CentOS can do it now as well I don't think it works as well. If Elementary OS could in place update I might go back to it again.
Unity is ok, I'm not a big fan. Can't say I'm a big fan of modern gnome either. The whole full screen slide-out thing seems bloated, but I haven't had much chance to try to modify the functionality.
Yes because it makes sense to throw all your money into a bottomless pit until you can't help anyone, rather than look for someone who will create cures at a more sustainable cost.
You forgot about how they wait 10 minutes idling in the parking lot, for the person leaving from the really close spot to the doors so they don't have to walk. I think that's the best part.
Here is the problem. Governments have been sitting on their asses way too long. The generation coming in probably hasn't seen truly effective government, and it didn't look like it was getting any better so that is why we got Trump. He was a hail mary pass. Why has it taken so long for them to figure this out and what is keeping them from making a decision on what is best for most people here and allowing that. I don't know if I have a solution other than to say that government should be more effective at addressing the needs of the people.
What is it with these people? You are not entitled to pick the laws. That's the point of the laws. Without laws there is only anarchy. It is really that simple.
They're being sued because they broke the law. They always had the opportunity to discuss changing the law. If they had sent all their lobbyists to accomplish that, then it would have turned out better for everyone. But their business plan was always to disrupt and work around the law. So they reap what they sow.
The gig economy is surviving because the economy is so bad that people are going to Uber in a last desperate attempt to survive. If the gig economy collapses than maybe the economy *is* getting better.
So what you are saying is that we have historical reasons for these traits, but you excuse people for still exhibiting them even though by your admittance they don't have a use any more. I would prefer to believe that people are capable of growing into having traits that reflect our current situation, while you almost tend to make it sound like they only just came out of caves and are victims of primal instinct.
Do you have any idea what private insurance costs for a person who has had cancer and is not fortunate enough to fall under a previously existing condition clause? Also, I have heard of one instance of cancer hitting lifetime ceilings, never mind having multiple issues.
We should divide the world into two halves. On one half can be the competitive people and they can have their gladiator wars for big big prizes and slaughter each other. The other half can give up their right to everything for a reasonable risk/reward path and actually be encouraged to spend time creating things that help others.

So stop spending money on drug companies! Don't you do capitalism and talk with the invisible hand and all?

The thing that's shitty about this deal is that we have to pay for it but we don't get to pick what they work on.

I'd be more worried about the fake war he is starting with Russia.

I wish I has mods for this.

TAXI DRIVERS ARE SO CORRUPT.

Pogo games, my wife loves them.
I've been wanting to get back to Diablo 2, Never Winter Nights, and GTA iV for some time now.
