Now you are convicted felon (probably, 2 years suspended), can no longer vote, and are almost certainly unemployable with the exception of the most menial of jobs. You are not some "l33t hacker," you basically did what any 14 year old computer savvy kid knows and can figure out. You have the maturity of a 14 year old as well, and it's probably what ended up getting you fired in the first place. So was it worth it?
You should take care not to mistake communism as totalitarianism or despotism. While communism may not be a feasible form of government, I don't think what China calls communism is exactly what Marx had in mind.
I am single and live in nyc. In the past I found fresh direct as a very convenient way of being able to get quality groceries at a specified time rather than having to go through the chore of going after work to a supermarket with inferior produce, only to have to carry back a shitload of bags. I haven't used fresh direct for around a year though, as their prices have gone up to the point where it simply isn't worth it. I imagine I am not the only person who makes a modest salary who has done the same. I haven't researched it, but I'm curious if fresh directs business model has proven itself to be sustainable, and if so can that business model be sustained with competition.
I don't think criminal charges (not necessarily what he is being charged with) is unreasonable. If the plane was indeed at the gate, that would be one of the most dangerous times to deploy the emergency slide, as ground crew is active for the plane. If a baggage handler was killed because a flight attendant wanted to quit in style I can guarantee you he wouldn't be getting this type of positive feedback.
Also, if any of us decided to cause thousands of dollars worth of damage when quitting (and thousands of dollars in his case is way lower than what it cost JetBlue) there would almost certainly be some legal repercussions, quite possibly criminal charges. With respect to the cost of this incident, that should be left to JetBlue to decide what to do, and they probably won't do anything about that because of the PR, but I wouldn't blame them if they did.
The premise behind the reckless endangerment charge from what I understand is that ground crew could have been killed if they were under the chute. He is lucky that he is just dealing with state charges. If the feds want to they could charge him and potentially seek a fuckload more than 7 years.
Thanks,
The thought I had was that if Ceglia was intentionally sitting on his hands with (or event without) knowledge that Zuckerberg was bringing in investors for a larger % than what he was entitled to those investors could go after Ceglia.
Assuming he wins the case, can the investors take him to court for allowing someone who is essentially an employee of the company he holds the majority of to engage in fraud (with respect to said investors)?
Killing each other may not be productive now, but it was in the past, when there were limited resources, insufficient for two groups, but plenty for one group.
From my experience using my iphone, doing anything internet related over an appreciable length of time eats up the battery life, 3g or wifi (wifi kills it pretty fast). Pandora is basically just audio and it uses up a good amount of my battery.
I was actually searching online the other day for news on this. Whether or not such an app would be approved as the above poster stated is a different matter. I'm not sure how practical it would be either, watching a full length movie would pretty much drain the battery without an external power source. Also, video over 3g would be questionable, waiting for a movie to buffer every 30 seconds would kill the enjoyment.
Award treble damages to the defendant for the cost of defense. There will be lawyers lining up to take on these cases. (this will never happen)
I always find it amusing when a "your computer is infected1!!" windows style popup comes up on my linux machine.
And unfortunately this isn't isolated to symantec. All the majority of antivirus applications do is eat up cpu.

Who knew!

Most home insurance worth anything will require you to have a security system installed.

I wonder if Apple is going to announce they have an addiction and they are checking into rehab.
No.
has herpes.
As someone posted before, the sun isn't always shining. But most of the soldiers using them will be moving around.
Why should I provide Amazon with a free service?

Because we learn by example and experience.

Unfortunately, stroke induced brain damage is likely the result of brain damage than damage to the retina.
I'd rather see them rot in a jail.
But to say that $54,000 is approximately 6500x (ie $8.30) the actual damages is disingenuous at best.
I thought she was a dude.
