  1. This sounds like a bunch of baloney. If it withstands a certain pressure to meet the specification, it passes. Why would they give a crap what pressure it takes to actually crush? We are talking a government agency here with limited funding.

    Unfortunately it is impossible. There are hard physical limits on battery energy density.

    The so-called 'tax break' they whine about is that they can write off depreciation of a oil reserve as it is depleted- a very basic accounting technique used by almost all businesses.

    You forgot the third option, that a lot of Dems just won't vote. I think Hillary is going to have a hard time getting turnout from young people.

    The reason it won't work is that Uber has to compete with other transportation capacity that is not on its network and lets face it, Uber will never be 100% of the network. Buses, taxis and subways provide elasticity in pricing. As long as there is a limited number of uber drivers there will be surge pricing.

    Apparently they aren't doing such a good job at that any more.... all this tie in crap is strangling the company. For all we know iTunes could be the largest media distribution hub in the world if they followed an open model.

    Why doesn't Apple just develop a rest api for itunes and let 3rd party developers create applications for it? Then you could have it on your ps4 or whatever. For those that aren't familiar with what I am talking about this is exactly how Netflix is implemented.

    Whoever is in charge of this business unit should be fired.

  25. Yeah it seems archaic, but how do you sign a contract with an entity that would be the same across across companies and comply with different laws in each country? Seems money grabish but from a contract law perspective makes complete sense.
