Talk about delusional, we have Neil Degrass Tyson supporting the human caused global warming alarm-ism and saying that the universe is likely just a simulation. If we are in a simulation, does it matter if the earth is screwed? The entity running the simulation could decide to reboot anytime they want.

  5. SpaceX is right next to the Hawthorne Muni Airport which has a terminal 'Jet Center Los Angeles'. He could just walk there and fly a small business class jet anywhere he wanted.

  6. There is a residential neighborhood a half mile south of the SpaceX building. He could buy a house there and walk to work. Even if he bought several houses, demolished them, and built one new house, it would be cheaper than a tunnel.

  7. I watched the episode and they tested a theory that he didn't actually jump out of the plane, he just jumped up and down to make it seem like he did. He then waited until the approach into Reno which is flat and covered by scrub brush. He took two of the four chutes so he could have thrown one of the chutes and some money as a diversion. One problem I had with this theory is that he wouldn't have known ahead of time that they would go to Reno. He had requested Mexico but they ran low on fuel due to flying at low altitude.

  9. I'm a former employee of a different electric utility in Vermont. If this were really a state sponsored attack on the grid, Vermont would be the absolutely the worst place to attack first. We only have two connections to the outside world and they are for incoming power only. The utility in this story only serves the city of Burlington so is one of the smaller utilities in the state.

If you look closely at the birth certificate on the White House website, it has been altered. The last digit of the serial number was added on. You can easily tell because it is multi-colored while the characters actually on the paper original are all black. This was probably done in a lame attempt to deter hackers from getting his records from the state databases. The more likely scenario is that he was born in Hawaii but claimed Kenya on his college application so he could get preferential treatment.

I connected to my work computer using TeamViewer and then on my work computer (Windows 7) I was running vmware vsphere client to check on one of our virtual Windows servers. I double clicked somewhere and all of a sudden BSOD. After the laptop finishes rebooting, I connect to my work computer again through TeamViewer and everything is exactly like I left it. I'm not sure what it is I did to trigger it.
