I've had d3o armor in my motorcycle clothing for years. It doesn't feel that revolutionary different from the ordinary armor. It is slightly more flexible in the warmer weather, but stiffens when cold. I couldn't detect change in the softness when hitting the armor with my fist.
I bought Google Home for my blind friend. He is thrilled about it. However he woudn't be able to set it up without my help. He doesn't have a smartphone, I had to bring in my tablet set up another account with his Google creds in order to activate Google Home.
Despite the usefulness, Google Home still lacks simple features important to the blind. For example, it can't read Gmail emails or contacts.
Is anyone making an adblock that would download all ad content and promptly send it to/dev/null instead of displaying it? Such adblock will be invisible to the server and the extra bandwidth doesn't matter much on a broadband connection.
My notebook has more CPU power and 2GB of RAM. Windows 10 Preview does about 5 minutes of hard drive thrashing after start up. After this the system works fairly well.
This system is developed by the European Ford division. We are unlikely to see it in States anytime soon because of the ancient DOT headlights regulations that are not ready for the latest innovations.
Mercedes Benz developed a similar system a while ago.
it is not advertised, but you can still get in Sprint Framily plan if you know your way. It costs $25 for 1GB or $45 for unlimited data with no contract. This plan allows roaming, so while the coverage is not on par with Verizon, it is still much better than with any prepaid carriers.
Don't even think that you are getting the same quality of service with prepaid (MVNO) operators Large carriers have roaming agreement with each other and independent tower operators. With MVNOs you are getting only the basic service from the core network. My wife uses a PagePlus phone- it can't compare in coverage with a proper Verizon postpaid phone.
On the left side I read " Lenovo not only the number one PC maker in the world but also the third-largest smartphone maker."
On the right side under "The Register": "Watch out, Samsung and Apple: Xiaomi's No 3 in smartphones now ",
On the right side under "Beta News": "Xiaomi is the third-largest smartphone maker"
A lot of that anti gay nonsense in Russia is to shift public focus from more important issues. Gays are not thrown in jail for being gay. In fact, there are many openly gay entertainers on Russian national TV.
Bike helmet is not terribly effective. Large study of motorcycle accidents showed that the majority of damages were to the areas not covered by bicycle helmets. My personal experience confirms it.
Search google images for "hurt report helmet", there is a nice illustration.
I never ride my motorcycle without a full face helmet. On a bicycle I don't bother.
This is hardly surprising. Russian profanities transliterated to English yield thousands of hits in the password database.

If you're planning to shop on Ali, keep it mind that the vendors there often raise prices prior to 11/11 and the real savings are slim or nonexistent.
I'm surprised the article doesn't mention him. He was quite a prolific and controversial poster here.
It sounds pretty cheap.
C'mon, it was just a locker room banter.
Apple is a worldwide company, why the US filing must be the first one?
Reading the signs is not particularly complex. My BMW i3 reads the speed limit signs and duplicates them on the dashboard.
Sprint is OK for people leaving in large cities and not traveling. Otherwise their coverage sucks. Verizon is the best, it will not compete on price.

So they do 4G at 1G. Will it be a total of 5G?

Can you explain how exactly passing that bill will help to solve his problems?

I gladly accept Nigerian checks on CL. This way the scammers are out of FedEx/UPS fee and I add another fake check to my office collection.
Things like electric tea kettles benefit from the higher power, their boil time is almost halved. Electric heaters can also be made more powerful.
No one makes you take a toll road.
Can you get in New York from NJ without a payment?
Not only the feds sent a warrant to TOR, they also sent one to TCP/IP!
Stupid Roku can't even play JPEG slideshow as a screensaver.
