  2. I've had d3o armor in my motorcycle clothing for years. It doesn't feel that revolutionary different from the ordinary armor. It is slightly more flexible in the warmer weather, but stiffens when cold. I couldn't detect change in the softness when hitting the armor with my fist.

    I bought Google Home for my blind friend. He is thrilled about it. However he woudn't be able to set it up without my help. He doesn't have a smartphone, I had to bring in my tablet set up another account with his Google creds in order to activate Google Home. Despite the usefulness, Google Home still lacks simple features important to the blind. For example, it can't read Gmail emails or contacts.

    My notebook has more CPU power and 2GB of RAM. Windows 10 Preview does about 5 minutes of hard drive thrashing after start up. After this the system works fairly well.

    This system is developed by the European Ford division. We are unlikely to see it in States anytime soon because of the ancient DOT headlights regulations that are not ready for the latest innovations. Mercedes Benz developed a similar system a while ago.

    it is not advertised, but you can still get in Sprint Framily plan if you know your way. It costs $25 for 1GB or $45 for unlimited data with no contract. This plan allows roaming, so while the coverage is not on par with Verizon, it is still much better than with any prepaid carriers.

    Don't even think that you are getting the same quality of service with prepaid (MVNO) operators Large carriers have roaming agreement with each other and independent tower operators. With MVNOs you are getting only the basic service from the core network. My wife uses a PagePlus phone- it can't compare in coverage with a proper Verizon postpaid phone.

    A lot of that anti gay nonsense in Russia is to shift public focus from more important issues. Gays are not thrown in jail for being gay. In fact, there are many openly gay entertainers on Russian national TV.

    Bike helmet is not terribly effective. Large study of motorcycle accidents showed that the majority of damages were to the areas not covered by bicycle helmets. My personal experience confirms it. Search google images for "hurt report helmet", there is a nice illustration. I never ride my motorcycle without a full face helmet. On a bicycle I don't bother.
