I have a concrete firesafe under my garage floor (away from the house) with a power line and an ethernet cable going in to a cheapo NAS unit. XXcopy on all the clients, custom BAT scripts on Task scheduler. Hasn't let me down yet.
Funny you should say that but mouse clicking a calculator on a PC (assuming you are on a laptop and haven't a number pad) is an awful experience. The reason I use a WinMo PDA and not an iphone is the beautiful simplicity of handwritten notes ( on a construction site for small designs, shopping lists etc). Sometimes simple is perfect (paper got destroyed to easily in my mangling pockets)

Have you seen how fast W7 boots. Vista is awful but 7 boots seriously fast, when you have to reboot that is, wake from standby AND connect to wifi is almost instant.
Dyson hoover's are heavy and awful to use. Ask your wife. They may look well engineered but they aint. And truth be told, either are Apple laptops in my opinion.

"It's like a concert in your pocket" ... erm I don't think so. How about actually go to a concert and save your telephone for something else.
Drill it out first so that the trashed camera is visible once tape is removed.
