I can get the audio through a torrent service anyway, all without the shipping of cargo loads of plastic discs from overseas. Regrettably few artists provide for this, so I try to support my favourite bands by buying their t-shirts and other stuff that is actually useful to me, as well as going to gigs.

Would someone please enlighten me - what is the rationale behind making platform-exclusive games? Isn't it logical to think that they'd make more money did they release the game for multiple platforms? Or do they just expect that everyone has every console out there plus a PC?
