Not quite... Subversion runs just fine without Apache using its own protocol. We have SVN running as a service on one of our app-servers, and use TortoiseSVN for the client-side. Smooth like butter.
Oh, and to add to this, the Sidekick2 has the absolute best QWERTY keyboard of anything on the market right now. Mobile IM is very big to me, so I've tested them all. I ended up switching to an Ipaq hw6515 for the features, but I sorely miss my SK2's keyboard.
Don't make your hearing impaired employees give it up unelss you're providing them with something that is equally as good. The sidekick has built-in softare for telephone relay chat services, absolutely essential for deaf users.
Nokia does not make the Sidekick. It was developed by Danger, and is manufactured by Sharp. There are other vendors that are (slowly) starting to offer the Sidekick, but T-Mobile has part-ownership of Danger so you could see how they have a stranglehold on the market.
That said, the Sidekick2 is a really neat device, but VERY fragile, and once you get in the refurb cycle, you'll be in it until your warranty expires.
Agreed, the BMI chart is totally out of whack for people at our height. Unless you have a toothpick bone structure, you're not going to weigh 190 and not look stupidly skinny
Not a typo, nor is it something that I was pushing myself really hard to do... It's just how much I've lost in that amount of time from changing my lifestyle (eating right and exercising). I'm 6'4", and I started out at 326lbs. My dr. and I decided that my target weight should be 220 even though that's still in the 'obese' range on the BMI chart for my height, but I have a rather huge frame and the 190lbs that the BMI tells me I should be is totally unrealistic.
So really, I'm expecting the weight loss to slow down quite a bit, and it'll probably take me another 9 months to lose the next 50lbs... I've just gotten lucky with the first 50.
Agreed... Sure, it'd be nice to retain less fat from the foods you eat, but you still have the ability to control your weight regardless of some disease. I finally decided back in November to get off my fat ass and do something about it, and have since lost 52lbs just from doing Weight Watchers and hitting an elliptical machine a few times a week. I wish I'd known before how easy it truly is...
Our developers use VS.Net for local build and testing, then our daily build is run with a combination of FinalBuilder running nant scripts. Nant is a cake to configure.
Eh, I've met Joe, and chat with him on AIM regularly. Extremely sharp guy, very intelligent, and super nice. He's not trying to become Steve Jobs, he's trying to reach a niche market.
Have fun with your Nano, I find the Neuros much more interesting and useful. I've been lost without my Neuros2 since its hdd went south and I've been too lazy to send it in for repairs. I enjoy it much more than my ipod.
Actually it was because Ford was VERY ill that day and didn't have the energy to shoot the drawn out fight scene. So he says to the director, "Why don't I just pull out my gun and shoot him?"
I'm in Redding and would love to see a good night sky. Is Shasta the best place?
I liked Firefox 6 before it got signed. I even have it on vinyl.
Yes, it will install on a clean box. How else would you install it on a new hard drive if your old one went bad?
People like you sicken me man. Marriage is for life.
Thank you! Great Mystery Men reference! :)

Revol wireless looks to be what you want... www.revol.us
Unfortunately its a slim area right now, and you can't roam.

I love Microsoft VoiceCommander.
Click a button, say "Show Aunt Millie"... Voila
I dunno, I'm 6'4", 285 and I drive a Mitsubishi Spyder Eclipse...
Or Nant...

Why would anyone pay for an IM client in the first place when all of the most popular IM networks are free to use?
1. South Korea... Not China.
2. How hard is it to spell bundle for fuck's sake?
Sure, but you can't push the ISO too much without getting undesirable noise.
Which would normally cause undesirable camera-shake in such a situation due to the decreased shutter speed

Miranda, not Minerva

So thats what, $5.73USD? I'm moving to Canada!
"President Clinton got impeached for somthing as small as lieing about having sex"
Got impeached? What?
Yea... I did the same thing with .NET. It helps to have as many years of experience as the life of the framework you're working in.
