    If the court was really neutral it should also order her to destroy any of his work. And there might be some compensation owed, just like you can't get your car back without paying.

    Civilians of course are full participants of war, if the enemy fought "civilized" they'd drop tons or megatons of explosives and incinerate every living thing in the capital. That civilians are so out of touch and gullible to believe that they are immune because the war is "classified" demonstrates the validity of the tactics

    Obviously not true, since the government gives nothing, only takes. How is it possible to have a "right to internet" when you will be dragged out of a home you bought if you can't pay taxes? Do they leave your wifi powered up?

    It is strange how people not in power look for loopholes in laws that apply to government. There actually is no question about what the purpose of the 2nd Amendment was or what it says; the question about how it is written is about style, which does seem to have been impaired due to the process of a committee editing the original version:

    The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; a well armed and well regulated militia being the best security of a free country but no person religiously scrupulous of bearing arms shall be compelled to render military service in person.

    Every day that government workers show up they know they are participating in a scam, so this is a population that has no conscience. They are also unemployable outside of government, so it's basically suicide to risk their job. The person fired for feeding kids is no counterexample because 1) she could have easily paid out of her own pocket but of course the thought never occurred to her 2) she was likely used to getting away with stealing from the school and so also didn't think she was risking anything

    Building regulations are also largely bullshit, houses that have stood 100 years are supposedly unsafe by these standards. (OK, there is some survivorship bias, but people can actually figure out how to live without the government, and Uber is not hiring children driving cars with no windshields)

    That is the traditional definition formulated by oppressive males, the progressive definition lets the little girls run to Big Daddy to punish any sexual behavior. If you make an advance towards any woman you work with, even if you have no authority over her, of course you could be fired; this same doctrine is applied to expel college students, convention attendees, train riders--in any environment controlled by a private authority and the civil courts. The girls also want to be able to expel men from public areas (into jail), which will soon come to pass since female voters view the world as one big daycare.

    The assumption that everyone should speak English is ignorant and arrogant and if you honestly believe that then you are a jerk.

    Maybe if an American was driving a taxi in a foreign country and only spoke English or an incomprehensible Americanized version of the local language. But we are taking about customer service in the US of A. Companies should hire drivers with "good communication skills"
