  1. Prostitutes are probably more likely to use protection than the average drunk chick being picked up in a club. Pretty hard to keep earning if your crotch is all rotten and painful. Anyway military-sanctioned brothels served millions of soldiers during past wars, and even with more primitive condom technology readiness was not significantly affected. Nowadays there are women being put into all combat rolls...and pregnancy makes the clap look like a splinter.

The correlation is that people who don't believe in rights, don't believe in rights. They're dependent on the government to give them what they didn't earn, so freedom is dangerous. Of course it's also common to see "anti-government" types infringing on rights as well, but that's because beneath the bluster they also know they can't make it without the government helping them to keep what they didn't earn

I think it's the other way around, with the "protect the children filter" distracting from the porn content censorship, which is in turn a trojan horse hiding a ban of most pornography. Do porn actresses want to have sex? Obviously they just want money, which they are "forced" to have sex to get. Once hardcore porn is banned, then we come full circle to ban softcore, since all naked images of women "harm" women in general, and "have a bad influence" on men.

Now if you want to quote the real statistic instead of your perverted masochistic one, the homicide rate is indeed still higher, but a large part of that difference is due to other factors.
