Stock market circuit breakers cap both, gains and losses at individual stock levels.. only the marketwide breakers are restricted to capping losses. Click the link in OP and scroll down a bit
Why dont crypto currency exchanges learn from the history of stock markets? This is a known issue and is solved in stock markets using "Circuit breakers" : http://www.investopedia.com/te...
Will exchanges go through all the teething problems that stock markets faced, or will they leverage what stock markets have learnt over the last few decades?
Not every country is America though, broadband in India is defined as 512 kbps and higher speed plans (max commonly available is 16mbps) top out at 80-160 GB
I imagine many countries outside of US and Europe have slow and restricted internet, and having full disk based games would be awesome for them
I bought CS:S,CS:GO and Bioshock 2 on disk, all of which required updates 60-70% the original download size of the game... the total amount of bandwidth saved by using the disk instead of downloading from scratch was minimal
Interestingly, I've noticed that leaving abandoned shopping carts triggers ads with the same products, but discounted.
I've used this more than once to get a 10-20% discount
A/. article mentions that Wikipedia has an error in 90% of medical articles
Now, keep in mind that/. itself has an error in x% of news items posted here
So, the actual error rate of Wikipedia medical articles should be (1-x/100)*90 % shouldnt it?
Assuming it is actually 90% would lead to the conclusion that/. has a 0% error rate...
In this case, they give you instructions to fix it. If you are on the net, and dont know what DNS is, you're on your own The same thing that happens if you drive a car and dont know how to change a tyre
Redirect all queries from the malicious servers to a page explaining that they have malicious DNS servers configured and they need to fix the issue. Some will check the problem themselves, others will call their ISP's,tech support, etc Someone using the net should have a clue what DNS is about anyways

Try it out once... the light isnt as bad as it seems, run it at a low setting and its actually better than a book without the pain of a LCD

Ah, my impression was a mainframe runs multiple user sessions processing various different workloads at a time
Are mainframes and PaaS\SaaS really all that different?
Arent PaaS\SaaS just the next step in mainframes?
You do need to be aware if the flight has lifejackets or floating cushions
(Hint: Boeing 737 doesn't even seat 140 people)

You can use any of the non RT Surface machines as primary laptops as well

Isnt that the point of FOSS that users dont need to give back? If they need to give back anything, might as well use a paid software.
Yet ultrabooks which cost double to triple the price of normal laptops get sold quite a bit today

Yes, in some Airbus aircrafts, the pilot cannot exceed thresholds set up by the autopilot.
HTC desire Z has a nice form factor
the MMRPG is decent though
You would pay a lot more for PC's in that case though
And, here you call your tech support guy
Then, why did laptop screens move from 1280*1024 to 1366*768?

They will just licence software on an hourly basis
Say, a $60 game with 120 hours playtime, or an OS charged at 10c/hour of usage
