VLC isn't that bad at all actually, and AFAIK, the DMCA doesn't apply to Canada yet so I should be ok.

Sadly, many of the more graphical Canadian gov't websites are not Moz compatible. Not only are they incompatible, but they are EXTREMELY hard to decipher. I believe archives.ca has some WWI-related pages that render like ass.

Close, but Code Red attacks are KNOWN about and are COMMON. How many times have you had to swerve on the high way to avoid anti-vehicle mines and spike strips? My apache box still gets hit with a few Code Red attacks daily.

May I recommend the program DeepFreeze? Basically, anything you install, change, or delete on the local hard drive is gone when you reboot (unless you have the admin password and "unfreeze" it.). This is what the schools in these parts use, and it works wonders. Hardware failure is really the only problem they have with the comps. You can deltree the windows directory and reboot, and everything still works fine.

Dontronics is definately cool. I was their 100,000th visitor, and I took a screenshot and sent it to him. In return, he gave me plans and the PCBs for the SIMMStick projects (unsure if he still sells them). Definately a cool project.
