I would put the same thing on top. For the first time in over 100 years we have an electric car again that can do over 100 km/h! And not a bit over, but more than twice as fast! Now if it only ran on fuel cells instead of batteries. Or better, you could choose between batteries and solar cells. That would be a real breakthrough.

  17. Viable business model? on The RIAA's Rocky Road Ahead · · Score: 4, Interesting

I can't believe sueing people like the RIAA does is a viable business model. The costs must outweigh the benefits by far. Even if the RIAA manages to win a case against a poor grandmother who has never heard of P2P and the like, she won't be able to pay the fine because the costs of defending herself have bankrupted her for good. I have a very hard time understanding the people who work for the RIAA and sue people for a living.

What an extremely crappy article. The title makes you expect a nifty program for the iPhone to watch 3D images, and it turns out you can view these images in a not-too-good way on any screen and even on paper! You need an iPhone because of its high resolution screen?! Apple fanboi I say.

    Well said. A few examples:

I still use Linux at work. Ubuntu no less, touted by many as the most user-friendly desktop Linux out there. Yesterday I downloaded Acrobat Reader, because that bloated piece of rubbish is a better pdf-viewer than the standard viewer that comes with Ubuntu. On my Macs I never had the feeling I needed something better than Preview.

A friend of mine recently switched back from Ubuntu to Windows because she couldn't get her microphone working. What the..?!!
