Yeah right now UK is in chaos since they never stop foreign or non foreign criminals. The system does not work at all.

  4. It's hard to understand the feeling of the moment on Ask Slashdot: Does Being 'Loyal' Pay As a Developer? · · Score: 1

To be honest, this type of question is best for people who already experience this dilemma. People who nonchalant say just to move don't understand the amount of time and relationship you built with the company and the people within the company. Since I don't have any attachments to your situation or to people's issues around here, it's easier to say just go for it since there doesn't seem to be any downside to moving to the new company.

This isn't about religion. The Westboro uses religion as a facade to piss more people off or to make more hate like you. And it's working. They're just plain hateful people.

In the end Sony just increased their security. They're still Sony and still giving service to millions around the world. Hacking them didn't "stand" against them because in the end, to you, they're still abusive assholes and they haven't changed. WOW good job anonymous on your 5 seconds of fame. In the end who the heck cares, these groups affected million of innocent people while trying to prove their "point." If they don't care about the general populace, why should the general populace care about them.

Basically it's foolish to reject all technology. You're always affected by technology indirectly or directly. Learn to deal or find a balance in it just like anything else in life.

People who actively seek something, that's an individual preference 4. People rejecting technological advances, I know some people that do after some soul seeking they found a balance.

As I read your post, it's ridiculous your natural reaction to the word "popular" is so negative. The word popularity is subjective to each person. To me it just means more accepted.

I just say more popular, meaning its more accepted in other countries than here. Don't jump to conclusions as everything you said is nothing what I mean.

It's much more popular in Japan. The music, pictures and sound isn't as distracting as you think. You still keep the imagination part while reading while the sound, pictures and music just help to enhance what you're imagining. Generally if you find those distracting, you can turn off all the sound off.
