I don't know which RA2 you played, but I greatly enjoyed it, along with Tiberian Sun, I do admit that the newer games lack a certain charm that RA95 had in its single player missions, but I still liked them a lot. I also tend to be very critical of sequels to games that I enjoyed.
Yes but more people losing jobs won't help anyone! Losing even just 100 jobs is a big deal. Also, where have you been? Last time I checked, the economy already DID collapse.
I think people enjoy character building, rather than skill building. Nowadays developers may see that players get more of a rewarding feeling if their crappy character becomes strong so that the difficulty of the game stays about the same the way through, even though the enemies/challenges are getting tougher. This is in contrast to your character staying crappy, but you, the gamer, get better and eventually are able to beat the harder parts. Its a case of growth of character VS. growth of player, and its easier or seen as more profitable to cater to the character building.
These RPG elements are just a way of taking the stress of improving off of the player, and placing it on their character. It makes for a more casual gaming experience.
I don't really understand how he survived to make it to jail. I would have personally bashed him to bits right there on the plane. I probably would not have stopped until he was in liquid form. These cowardly terrorists should be more afraid of observant U.S. citizens.
Seriously, how did he make it off that plane alive? A lawyer? WTF!? EPIC FAIL AGREED!
As you can see here, there is an unmistakable cone of ignorance. How do you intend to explain these "sociopaths" that intend to protect for freedom and security when they don't do their job and (insert your nationality) lives are lost? Do you just say: "Ok, well that happened, nothing to see here, move along".
I like your signature as well, it completely allows me to omit anything you say as valuable or valid.
In one of the G4 TV series code monkeys episodes, one of the game developers, BolecoVision, has its managers using whips and axes to flay and behead its workers who aren't up to par/can't take the stress anymore. This reminds me of EA for some strange reason.
I guess I have been fortunate. I am currently almost done with my MSEE, and I have been at the same school since the beginning (UNH). All the classes that I took in the ECE department, even the ones I hated, have been chalk+blackboard (marker+whiteboard), with.ppts only used as supplements. I get the feeling from every professor I have had that they want the students to actually learn something. I attribute this to the philosophy of the department and to the selection of professors the dean has made. I remember last year they had a slot for a new professor; they made each candidate give a lecture in front of all the other professors, the deans, and any students who wanted to come. Talk about a job interview! So all-in-all and obviously: it depends on the school/department/professor.
Obama is doing the same things Bush did, just with a different label on him, so please, keep a running tab on how long hell lasts, or keep your idiocy to yourself.
biggest joke I have ever seen. He is doing the exact same thing Bush did with the war efforts. Apparently, you can win the Nobel prize through words, not actions. The Nobel peace prize has forever lost any meaning to me, it is another liberal pedestal.
I'm just amazed at how stupid the RIAA is acting. I can't wait till they crash and burn, because people won't even piss on the flames to put them out. I'd be inclined to dance in the street to be honest.
Everyone should make their own music in Fruity Loops and only listen to that, that will teach them, boy howdy.
We don't HAVE to buy your artists music, you damn dirty apes.
I'm sure they meant heat sink, or a sink where the water comes out heated.

Yeah the 5850 outperforms my 8800GTX by a huge margin and it was only 300$, and its much shorter.
If this puts them out of business, all the better.
This is just funny to me. Yes, In a recession, lets hope more businesses go under and more people become jobless. VOTE OBAMA!
Just make any noobs on your team designated as the "Melee Weapon ONLY" guy, its pretty hard to miss with an axe or frying pan.
