So I guess 1.7 isn't the top. I know 1.8 isn't that much more but it is more. BTW it's a Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100.
I accidently printed a win98 test page on a rather large HP plotter when I worked for FMC. Needless to say I am now the proud owner of a win98 poster size test page, D'OH!
Well hopefully I was not the only who watched a episode on the Discovery channel that talked about the new change. In the show one of the people in charge said that there is still a "green back" but that the other colors were on top of the green ink making it a little harder to see, _READ_ still there though. The history of our paper money is very cool.
I have a Toshiba 3005-S307 PIII 1.13 (Linux only). When I start it up on battery it's running at 750Mhz. Not bad really, first few time I didn't even notice it. It seems to get 2.5 - 3.5 hours of battery life. I watched LOTR & surfed, at a friends house, before it started beeping like mad about the battery.
But wooly mammoths are indeed cool. And their meat apparently tastes good. A field biologist acquaintance of mine enjoyed mammoths steaks in Alaska one time when a flood uncovered a frozen mammoth.
Acually it's a 3765, I have the same model. The 3765 does not have bluetooth. Also if you look at the image on the page(or one of the mirrors) you will see that the WiFi card is a Linksys wpc11 802.11b.
Hardware wise they are pretty much they same. As for the BillG tax, I used to work for a company that made a lot of embedded food processing systems. The lead programmer once told me that they got CE licenses for $3 a pop ( I thought what a rip off ).
Even though I only tryed it once, since the ipaq comes with CE preinstalled you can set it up for a dual boot with a CF card.
Wrong. A lot of CF 802.11b cards are supported and most if not all of the pcmcia cards the work in the standard linux kernel work in the ipaq also. Linxsys makes a CF 802.11b ( WCF-11 ) that works very good.
This used to be very true, but the latest or at least the 1541 drivers work quite well with SMP. I have a dual 500piii that the nvidia card used to lockup on all the time now I can play all of the 3d games for hours at a time with no issues at all. Although I still don't like the fact that a portion of the drivers are closed source, and my g400 has better 2d, it does work quite well.
You do raise a lot of valid points, but the fact still remains the same. Regradless of what you say if it wasn't for America supplying fuel, food, troops, we would all be speeking German right now. Especially the british, and who gives a fuck about the french anyway.
Be careful you don't rub his helmet or he'll spit in your eye.
ARGH. I think I'm blind now.
I think it's Re-neducation
...through the backdoor err I mean orifice
Wrangling up some Bugalo I suppose
Mayby not, but the rest of the neighborhood has. ;-P
It's 512K. I guess I am wrong, learn some thing new all the time.
Ahh but my laptop is a 1.8 Pentium M.

only the pocket sized version. Remember the smellascope.
FYI the M10000 is going for $130 - $150 US, thats the 1gig cpu version. I just bought 2 on ebay, brand new.
