Hardly much contention, but there does seem to be some confusion about natural cycles. Natural cycles don't cause anything: they are caused by things. The seasons are a natural cycle. They are caused by the tilt of the Earth. If Global Warming is a natural cycle, then you need to explain what is causing it, before it can even be considered as a better theory than increased CO2 levels.
Oh, and since we know for a fact that CO2 traps heat, you also need to explain why increased CO2 levels *aren't* causing any warming.

1. I created them, God created me, meta-God created God, meta-meta-God created meta-God...etc 2. I do not exist! 3. It is impossible for me (or anyone in the future) to ever create virtual beings who are capable of intelligent discourse.
I suppose you might consider option 3 as relatively plausible, but I can't think of any good reason to limit technology in such a way; can you? I suspect your argument is faulty somehow.

It's under Insert...Footer, and hasn't moved. Are you sure you're not confusing it with Word, which did have headers and footers hidden away in some weird place?
It should be really simple to divide your document up into chapters and have the page count + footer start on page 2 leaving page 1 free for a cover, etc.
Insert...Manual Break and choose a Page 1 break after the first page.

At least in version 3, go to the Help Index and type "chapter" and it has instructions for automatically putting in the correct chapter header for each chapter.

XP autoconfig works just fine.. every XP machine here has a working ipv6 stack and I wouldn't even know what the cli commands were as I've never had to use them.

Manual configuration might be required in a network that has multiple IPv6 network segments within which routers are not configured to send router advertisements."
Just because it works fine on *your* network doesn't mean that no-one will have problems. And you really should know how to use netsh if you're administrating Windows machines: it will almost certainly come in handy some day.

Oops, I did that wrong. Choose Format...Styles and Formatting and change the Page Style to First Page. That'll work.
If you look up First Page on the Help, it has instructions for not printing blank pages when exporting to PDF, if you're using first page breaks.
