There is a difference between drug-trafickers dodging the search and seizure at a commercial port, as opposed to honest people striding through the desert paths to redeem their claim of bank-notes or title to services checked to their favor. If anyone is in posession to currency of the United States -- they have the right to enter the United States to satisfy their monetary claims to property and services. All this "illegal alien" non-sense is misplaced trust and bad faith likely advertised by debtors beligerant to the claims of the people approaching the United States as a last resort. If anyone didn't want another man or person to enter the United States (by currency), then do not contract them. No law may be passed to void a claim or counterfeit securities (fractional reserve banking) from the claimant.

I'ld like to hear a protester answer to their claim on any of the several states to the united States of America. A suitor or claimant would not be protesting. A claim as to "pregnancy", "concussion", or "disease" has nothing to do with the state and offices of public trust within; that's why there is a corporation counterfeiting legislation and squatting so-aptly nom'd "STATE OF CALIFORNIA." If I had a concussion, I would be asked as to trust a person in that state to hold the property on my behalf until I could exercise that capacity -- but all the offices are vacant when there is no oath and bond, and all that sits is the body-corporate side of the Law of Nations.

Etymologically, "human" is the root of "hue" or of colorable element in the diffraction of one's character; and by "man" would mean the marriage of male and female of a creature as supposed in one of those "Bible" things. Look at Turkey -- the military has overthrown the government at least 3 times in the last 50 years, always to restore the ideals the current nation was founded on. Anytime the government comes too directly under the sway of religious zealots, the military steps in and restores secular democracy, to widespread popular support. The Army is in fact the most trusted arm of government, and as such it attracts many of the best and brightest idealists who are proud of their responsibility.

What do you do when 3/4 of the people want democracy within a republic that by-defenition allows that to occur by preservation of the republic?

Prior implementation of Hydrogen and Oxygen combustion would use incorrect principles to derive from the electrolysis process on water. Even so, there are good results of applying electrolysis on any octane Gasoline fuel from the corporate Pump. My experiments and implementation was found that a large value of high-voltage electrolysis in a verry small amount of amerage (current) would yield more hydrogen and oxygen than the junk experimenters. The efficiency is quite good, and the hydrogen once injected and discharged in an Internal Combustion Engine would yield excellent mass that would then return to water once exposed to the atmosphere; from this, there is more energy given from the process and the combustion causing the process, and it naturally returns back to water whereby it is re-cycled to a separate reservoir waiting to switch from the prior pressurized cannister. I've run this in an Briggs Stratton "edger" motor, and have a greater assembly where implements to convert enough energy to provide good power to a Washing Machine Motor on a Drag-Trike that I run.

There is prior art that the concept can't be patented, because it is natural to occurr on side-walks and hot roof-tops. The first industrialized nation that is known to try electrolysis on its fuels is the Nazi's german Army; they was mixing the cleaner-burning lighter-gases with their refined fuel, and eventualy started using less of their fuels entirely. A recent example of an incomplete process would be how "truckers" are installing hydrogen-kits on their Diesel trucks, to find that it increases the efficiency by an average of 30%. No matter the efficiency, farmers still can't afford to plant crop or raise cattle at such high cost of fuel, and there is a planned strike in the Year of Our Lord 2007 that will be a food shortage.

The Nazi's controlled the German Army, and directed their airplanes to fly above their enemies on enemy-controlled areas to spray infect-ticks all over the troops and their horses. As the war went, on an average of two weeks of an infected host, the disease would cause at-least damaging of the joints to bones and nausea, then would clear for a month or two, then return.

The book "Lab 257" documents how that UNITED STATES was lenient to the Nazi Scientists if they brought their research and moved (with family) to America. They setup shop on a "Plum Island", a few miles near Long Island in New York. The Nazi Scients were cloaked under "Project Paperclip", and continued the same experiments in germ warfare as were done in Germany and Austria. The experiments were open-air on the island, on mostly cows and pigs and sheep, where hundres were "experimented" upon in such vile ways; the sewage from animal waste was treated and "pumped" into the open ocean in the channel, and corpses were disposed by an incinerator. Many times were there power-outage on the island, causing the sewage to overflow into the ocean as raw untreated matter; this was the cause of the Lobster-farms and many more commercially-raised and wild fish to die off.

Going back to the open-air experiments; it was sad to disclose that hundreds of species of migratory birds visited that island in their migration pattern. Following back to the experiments, the island was abandoned and returned to operation many times over 50 years between the Department of Agriculture and the US Army. The infected ticks were exposed and allowed to enter the wild premise unhindered, and following the migration pattern of the Canadian Geese would expose the actual path of Lyme moving throuout the entire area. It is also relevant that the Scientists were the cause of the Texas tick to spread beyond Texas (by bird). Lab 257 wasn't limited to just infecting ticks...there was another (sister) lab, "Lab 241" if I remember correctly. Between the two labs, there was Anthrax enrichment and many more experiments to form symbiotic relationships and delivery methods on Mosquitoes with you-know-what.

The significance of Lab 257 and its fellow lab was that it was the first installment of a closed-air circulation system, and the first example of the Pride of unrepentant men to screw everything up in the name of germ warfare. The case is a clear enough loser (and a good example of the "fool for a client" principle) that the only way that a lawyer *could* take it would be in a "good faith effort to *change* the law."

The advice you gave is legal device, not lawful advice. You are an active attorney, and have not referenced a prior contract or Writ by which someone has accepted your offer to hold a tournament for a counterfeit reality and counterfeit currency. Your reservation in this forum, to the conflict in your interests with His, is the titular reservation of "esquire" to your Slashdot person.

Sites for a foreign court deciding matters without assignment of the owner of the Intellectual Property:
"Either buyer or seller may..."with the consent of the other sue for the benefit of whom it may concern." U.C.C. 2722(c).

Absent agreement, suit may be brought by the party who has title to, or a security interest, a special property or an insurable interest in the goods. If the goods have been destroyed or converted "a right of action is also in the party who either bore the risk of loss under the contract for sale or has since the injury assumed that risk as against the other." U.C.C. 2722(a).

The presumed Contractual agreement, often mis-titled as a "license", only confers Images and Private codified Law of Intellectual Property onto an owner; the interaction between that owner and a counterfeit and artificial person inducting of Him is a matter to be remedied by a psychiatrist.

    Site:
"A person taking goods by any form of purchase aquires all title that his transferor had or had power to tansfer." U.C.C. 2403(1).

Nothing for sale, and is rented. Even Slashdot is for rent, and is disputable for anyone reserving their rights to allow Slashdot to retain Intellectual Property (even false Intelect).

    Site:

"'purchase' includes any voluntary transaction creating a property interest, such as taking by sale, discount, negotiation, mortgage, pledge, lien, issue or reissue, or gift." U.C.C. 1201(32)

We both know that such craft is constructed on the premise of War; there is not one voluntary transaction in the entire theatre; all the artificial persons involved have pre-arrainged story and script that is devoid of law other than the verry substrate of semiconductor used to present the illusion of reality.

As the title of this post provides, there is no document of title or title itself conferred in a non-existant Bill of Lading; neither is there is an interested system of accounts, neither is their a presentable lien of the origin of said IP to move the IP to a steward with fee simple rights. It's all stuck in a sandbox, commercial speach and transmitting utilities, and for any man-made Court to hear such in such person as the artifice inquired then would evince that Court is artifice itself and I humbly present the signature of Gregory Thomas(tm) as to dba.

Just as the subject is written, do you?

Your concern to genetically-modified (and patented) varieties of crop is a legitimate concern -- intellectual property can travel by wind and "taint" a neighbors substrate, causing a tournament for the forced subjection to a foreign private law. Recently as of February of 2006, CONGRESS was receiving a Bill from that HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES as H.R. 4167, the "National Uniformity for Food Act." Despite the misleading title of the Bill, among the content was that whomever bought any food were not allowed to know of certain ingredients or qualities on its nature.

How this all sets is, as of recently, it is a known fact that "Aspartame" causes cancer; its an artificial sweetener in many beverages, mostly in them branded as diet drinks. Another recent discovery is at microwave-popcorn factories, where everyone working among the "artificial butter flavoring" had all caught severe allergies and atrocious lung cancers. It was such a dangerous cancer that the remedy for one worker was a lung transplant! The chemical that caused the damage is "Diacetyl" and also is used in various brew of beer and who knows what else.

That Bill would allow those corporations to simply use any ingredient, method, or application of artifice to provide an incomplete and misleading report to the Contents of all packages lading the product assembled of them. It's no different than postal fraud, when someone intentionally mis-presents the contents of a parcel, where harm can be incurred by the worker that moves said parcel (even from grocery store to their domicile and house). I don't drink diet beverages, but I know some people that do. Nearby me is a box of microwave-popcorn, where on the Contents is no list for the ingredients of the artificial "light butter"; there is information on oiled popcorn kernels, but nothing on the butte flavoring -- into the trash it will all go.

If there ever was false advertising for a product, the above Bill would only try to seal someone's prior and future effort at fraud; brought from the end of genetically-engineered and patent crap and into the lives of people.

  24. A man can't use the internet, but "isometrick" can on How do You Protect Your Online Privacy? · · Score: 0

If the people could comprehend the difference between a man and a person, then all the privacy problems would be solved.

First, trademark the name. Second, respond only in matters of interest -- by contract, not to adhere to codes and related private law patented subject matter. Third, the law of trust.

Every server today wants a "name" to a trusted "resident." As defined in law dictionaries, a "resident" is a "thing known" and by subject matter that "thing known" is in dispute by a prior contract to discharge of its account. In terms of services that have no cost for registration, it would prevail that the people move their person to contribute intellectual property that may discharge the want of funding. Such is the inherint case with SLASHDOT, whereby most people contribute good information and bring such a good content that registration is acknowledge to discharge by good contribution; or show a quo-warranto where the matter does stray from a journalist bringing "news" and dialogue to trade.

As well, it would seem that a "person" is defined in the 14th century french (its first occurrence) as "a mask worn from time to time." Thereby, "isometrick" is as much a person as "nradude." Even so, there is a person shared as "Anonymous Coward." In terms of protecting one's privacy, it is acknowledged that a certain name is capable of copyright by determination of trade value. For distinguishing among others of similar patent, it is advisable that a trademark known to an account of a certain day of a month of a year would prevail that there are many of similar name and trademark but each is an separate and independent interest.

Consider that there should be allowed many accounts to a single person on Slashdot, as distinguished by port and time of entry by landing rights. If there were an infinite number of Gregory Thomas(tm) born April 20, then they would surely be not the same instance of 420 but precisely different measurement of time. Why would not the time of registration of a Slashdot account be any different? Slashdot records the personable name to the account, the account number is deed and unique by its own, yet Slashdot doesn't allow same name?

"Anonymous Coward" is just the example, yet it appears there is one public without and one private reserved within. If everything was a correct world, then it would not be difficult to determine (by accounting) the CowboyNeal from fellow CowboyNeal.

    Also, on the driver license or related applicatiosn that demand a SIGNATURE (only signature, not "sign"), it is good to "DBA" the name and acknowledge the true name as the trademark. As in my examples above, "Gregory Thomas" is a trademark of the Mundt family; contracts are meeting of the minds, not meetings of the flesh (think bacteria, or fungus, or virus reasoning with cell structure);

In matters of law, most trusts are derived from the tradename of a child, and the trusts are assumed and therefore coerced because their nature is unlawfully negotiated without a sound mind or "unconcionable contract." For those, just dissolve the trust at signature as would determine on the Face of the private trust matter (advertisements on behalf of the trademarked name):

(at a private intstitution, such as that DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES)
    with Power of Attorney over "Gregory Thomas Mundt";
Gregory Thomas dba GREGORY THOMAS MUNDT

Notice how the above only abates the 14th amendment origin from the trademark; government is a public trust, not a private matter. Any registration is to lay dormant one's property, wherever derived from their legislative and judicial and executive ability, and be endowed with benefits from another. Administrators of Slashdot are no different than executives, but they are voluntarily in this respect and verry much honourable.

Who modded that up? I can barely break +1 on the moderation scale, and someone modded that up without confirming facts.

There are available pictures of the PS3 development kit on HOME.BTCONNECT.COM. There is an article with a strategic view of the PS3 development kit on WWW.TECHEBLOG.COM. Yet, there has been no price shown. For under USD 2000, one could just buy some Dell PC's and cluster them for a better solution to anything Sony could pull out of its proprietary mind. Why stop at USD 16000000? I say the development kit could be as much as Sony is worth. I'm impressed Sony is advertising PS3 as a Linux solution bending to an 100% open-source environment, yet at the same time BOUGHT its solution from Microsoft--nope, not surprised. If I'm uptodate on my studies in gray-area politics and economics, two competitors can build their products for eachothers benefit to prevent use of their IP (think Blu-Ray) while competing like dogs in a market.

For conclusion to the matter above; The PS3 Development kit WIKIPEDIA article yiels that Sony purchased technology from Microsoft that would provide access to GNU development tools on the Playstation 3! (I kid you naught!) And within that article, the Playstation 3 is not limited to a game console but a complete multimedia entertainment center -- this would propose it not to be a shabby little game device like the competing Nintendo Wiivolution and Microsoft XBOX.

The sad truth is, that I and many others may only buy a controller of a certain gaming system, and just theme the desktop chassis of our computer and theme the visual presentation through an X or DirectFB solution to "have it better than the real thing" while we run an emulator.

Sony and Microsoft have been turds since they ever started competing, no exceptions. Nintendo appears to be an honest venture, having evinced to not choose any intellectual properties that conflict with their customers' and stockholders' interests and securities.

Anyone asking me for a suggestion; I recommend they choose the lesser of two Wiivels...
