    What other games would you guys (and gals) like to see?

    SimCity, Civilization and maybe even Starcraft would be a lot of fun. Imagine sitting in a meeting and instead of taking notes on your PDA you're building your empire.

    It would be great!

    I don't know where you live, but I am going to assume your country has censorship laws too. And if "Censorship is censorship" then the government is just as bad in your country too.

    What makes the internet free for all in your eyes, yet simple things like television, movies, newspapers and magazines are allowed to be censored?

    Please just explain to me why some media should be censored and others should not. How do YOU know when to draw the line?

    There is a lot you can do that "fight". I find it odd that you view the only solution would be a violent one. Many things have been changed in our glorious history that weren't the outcome of a bloody battle.

    If anyone in China tried to stand up against the government, they'd be stopped in thier tracks. What China needs is another solution that doesn't involve a pissing contest between a few protestors and a militia-based government.

    There are huge diferences between Canada and USA in terms of Capitalism. Please do some research before you group Canada in with the mess that is USA.

    Capitalism may have "created more technology, more wealth, and more prosperity" but that doesn't mean it is a just and equal system. (And when I say equal I don't mean communist equality, I mean merited equalty).

    Ignorance runs rambid throughout the US, being fed by your "media" that is anything but free press and ideals that were created by your largest corporations in order to sell you jeans or a car. Wake up.

    The funny part of all of this is that there are a huge number of people who say that communism is all about control and brainwashing the public and then sit back and watch CNN or MSNBC in their capatilstic society and say how their country is the best.

    Get a clue people, open your eyes and realize what is being fed to you!

    Hey, I take offence to that!

    I've been forced to write sites in ASP/SQLServer on a number occasions because thats what the client asks for (they figure if its all IIS and VBScript it'll run better, I know, dumb). So before you decide to look down upon someone using C# or VB or anything else, realize that there are a number of factors that go into what technology is used.

    (I wish I could say my morals could standup to such a request, but low and behold, I want money too.)

    Seriously, why do you expect someone to only code in a certain language? I feel that the more you know, the better a job can get done. Just because its a MS language doesn't mean that it is useless. You should do what's best for the client.

    All I was saying is that you really should never tell others what the should have done. It's pointless and works against everything democracy stands for.

    And just so you know, I live in Canada. I'm just grateful that there are more than 2 real votes for every election. The american system is really twisted. Just so you know.

    I'm assuming you actually know what the bug was (considering you decided to give your opinion about it)

    It was a pretty rare occurance which I heard only affected a few users.

    We all know not everything will be caught with initial testing, especially one of such a nature.

    I think the iTunes bug situation is a great example of a company looking out for their clients.

    I'd never recommend linux on the desktop. It merely makes a good tool to learn from

    I'm finding more reasons to use Windows every day. It has great Java support, a polished gui, a great application base, a great office productivity suite and lots of games

    Odd, thats why I use a Mac.

    I think we all know that. My original inquiry was based on the fact that the XBox will not be outputing such high resolutions. The extra detail will not be seen. It would be a waste to do so.

    Those screenshots are supposedly from the XBox version, then how are they so big? I didn't catch the actual resolution of them, but they filled up my 1600 x 1200 monitor quite nicely. I know the XBox can't push resolutions like that (it would be pointless because TVs don't go that high) so where dod the really grap those screen shots?
