    For those who think it's easy to control a ranting idiot:
    Get 5 of your friends, choose a reasonably healthy male of about the
    same size as the guy in the video and try to politely put cuffs on him
    with him resisting:
    The rules,
      you cannot bruise him or hurt him in any way.
      and he can do whatever he wants short of throwing a punch.

    I think if you do this you'll find a new found respect for the
    police officers.

    Not quite, SCO was stupid enough to go through with it, and suing IBM
    of all companies, how dumb can you be? I would be shocked if Microsoft
    tried that. IBM lawyers are better than Microsoft lawyers, and they
    know it.

    Facts:
    HP has 156,000 employees, and about 90 billion in revenue.
    IBM has 366,000 employees, and about 90 billion in revenue.
    google has 11,000 employees, and about 12 billion in revenue.

    I think that's where the 150K came from, the old $/employee ratio.

    That wise man had a bomb shelter and was protected by the federal
    agents, not to mention the marines, army, etc.
    You'll note that man was a politician from day one, and never had
    to go to war, had he been in WWI, he would not have made that stupid
    comment.

    This is whats wrong with the US system, you can sue for the
    possible unproven potential to do damage.
    How long will it be before they sue computer makers, stereo
    makers, etc etc for the same thing.

    BS. Yes, organisms will development develop minor
    DNA changes as a result of the environment.
    But evolution THEORY is that somewhere along the
    line there were MAJOR DNA changes, there is no
    proof of this happening, did a dog just give birth
    to a cat one day? cold blooded gave birth to warm
    blooded? You think creationism is unbelievable?

    I remember a farside where a scientist is trying to
    explain a formula, right in the middle there is the
    words "some miracle occurs". Reminds me of the
    big bang theory, evolution theory, etc etc.

    Do you really think we have maps are accurate to 1 cm?
    Imagine a mistake in the map and the autopilot puts you
    into the other lane. Thanks, but no thanks. The day we
    start implementing autopilots on cars is the day I stop
    driving.

    They already have "rebates" for non smokers, I can foresee
    where volunteer genetic testing also results in additional
    rebates.
    As long as its voluntary, there won't be a problem, of course
    if you don't volunteer your health insurance might be 10X
    that of a volunteer, but that's your problem.
