    Well, drinking beer is never illegal I think. Buying beer for under 16 yo is prohibited, but if your older brôther buys it and gives it to you then you may legally drink it, and it does not matter how old you are.

    Being a man, I feel that, actually, yes, women are better than men*. Men unconsciously feel that and oppress women not to let them use this actual superiority.

    * The MEAN woman is better than the MEAN man. Indvidually there are huge differences of course.

    Oh I know these Schroedingbugs. You see your code and wonder how the hell it could ever have worked - it has, but with such a bug inside that seems absolutely impossible. That has happened to me a couple times. Scary.

    "Monoculture is never a good thing." Sentences with "sth. is never/always X" are generally not trustworthy... Always doubt. Maybe monoculture sometimes IS a good thing, who knows?

    That's right. For exactly this purpose the "ReheatCable"-encoding was invented at polar university in Hammerfest, Norway, where each 1 is transmitted als 101010101010 and each 0 as 010101010101.

    Now 0 fahrenheit are 18 degrees celsius and that's quite cold. But it's not uncommon to get that cold in winter in the mountains. In the regions where the rich people have their winter houses it gets that cold often, and these are the common Tesla clients. I am sure that in St. Moritz there is more than one Tesla driving around.

    Hey, I live in Switzerland, and 0 degrees is not uncommon in winter (you nonmetric folks call that "32 degrees fahrenheit"). No cable gets unusable at this temperature. It gets a bit more stiff, but that's all.

    If I go outside in winter I get a bit more stiff too.

    Why must there be a "best" country at all? Switzerland, that happens to be my country as well, is in some areas good and in some areas bad. But exactly the idea that many Swiss have that they live in the best country inhibits it from being the best one.
