Even the US Supreme Court reaffirmed that hate speech doesn't exist and censoring someone using the term "hate speech" violates the first amendment. You have a freedom of speech, you do NOT have freedom from being offended, see Supreme Court outcome of the Larry Flynt case.

From the US Supreme Court case "Matal vs Tam" aka "the slants case" the Justices verdict:

[The idea that the government may restrict] speech expressing ideas that offend ⦠strikes at the heart of the First Amendment. Speech that demeans on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other similar ground is hateful; but the proudest boast of our free speech jurisprudence is that we protect the freedom to express âoethe thought that we hate.â

A law found to discriminate based on viewpoint is an âoeegregious form of content discrimination,â which is âoepresumptively unconstitutional.â ⦠A law that can be directed against speech found offensive to some portion of the public can be turned against minority and dissenting views to the detriment of all. The First Amendment does not entrust that power to the governmentâ(TM)s benevolence. Instead, our reliance must be on the substantial safeguards of free and open discussion in a democratic society.

So it doesn't matter what media says or state morons try to pass laws... Anyone taking it to court would automatically win as the Supreme Court has ruled more than once like over 20 times that there is no such thing as hate speech and any laws enacted would be found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.

a "preop" tranny in a dress is a man crossdressing,

I love working in the medical field, we do not cater to ignorant and the 'medically' retarded society redefining language to soften it. My field is guilty of softening language to the point of dumbing down the younger generations. Post traumatic stress disorder is easier to ignore and not in your face horrifying. But it's real term Shellshock is and it gets attention and it got people help quick. PTSD don't get help, just antidepressants until their serotonin storm hits and they go on a mass killing or suicide. Shellshocked patients were given true help and therapy there's even old videos on youtube of before and after.

But to the original statement. There is no tranny or other genders or other sexualities in the medical field. Especially dealing with blood tests and medicine.

Last year we had a male crossdresser come in and kept on and on that he was a girl we did not respond to him as such, finally it was when the doctor told him if he was given the medicine normally given to a girl for his condition it would have killed him with an hour. He immediately said Im a guy.

I have been drawing blood for 20 years, and I can tell male, female, and race. There are medicine we give blacks we cant give whites in rare situations and vice versa, but there are way more medicine differences and completely different compounds between treatments for male or female patients.

We refuse to acknowledge what you think you are because what you think you are does not matter, it's invalid and no one cares. When you come to hospital sick or dying, it's science that is the only one that cares. You a tranny, your chart will say male, or if a female to male tranny, your chart will say female.

science and biology isn't changeable at the whims of opinion, socialism, or communal group think. Thank goodness.
