What does deciding to study something like computaional theory, OS design, AI, scalable protocol design, algorithmic analysis, etc. etc. have to do with jobs coming or going out of the country.

How many plane crashes do you know where the plane was full of fuel and is flown (in this case deliberately) at full speed into the ground? probably none. you havent even looked. you just bought the generic conspiracy theory. I mentioned the himalayan crash because weather caused a plane to fly into a mountain side in a similar manner and had similar results.

i know how hard could it be to change the refresh rate AND the resolution of all games. Not just once, but to accomoadate two other standards.
