    If you read one or two issues a day it works out about the same and considering the content Marvel has available to post you could be reading a lot more than that for a very very long time.

    Anyone organisation or individual who waits 10 years before pointing out an obvious infringement is a patent troll, regardless of whether the patent is valid or not.
    Patents are there to stop others profiting off your hard work, however most patent cases appear to be trying to do exactly that, profit off someone else's hard work.

    I'm with you, if it isn't coded right don't run it.
    People will do it right because they won't have a choice, currently they don't even know they have done it wrong in the first place.

    Haven't bought a CD in years simply refuse to buy any music until I can get it online and at a price about 1/4 of what they currently charge. Besides its all free on the radio and they play any vaguely popular song more often than you could possibly want to hear it anyway.

This should mean using a stairway of "beakers" and some clever electrics you could make water climb up hill using no moving parts?

    A call center representative is paid to have the ability to communicate effectively, if your customers are from an English speaking country that means speaking clear and understandable English.
    A poster on the internet however is not...

    Capitalism is so far from filtering out bad companies it's scary.
    A far more likely filter is someone getting infected and dieing from one of these things followed by a truely massive lawsuit.

    Give a bunch of software programmers a couple of million dollars under the proviso they are never allowed to be paid to code again, I think you will find a fair few of them continue to code in their free time and happily give the code to anyone who will take it.

    No DVD DRM scheme yet has managed to "effectively control access" to anything otherwise they wouldn't need a new scheme.

    Add an optical tracking device to record where your looking, read the Lord of The Rings eBook while the computer records your brainwaves for every word you look at and Viola! your computers vocabulary is ready to using full word recognition.
    I am sure its not that easy but you get the idea.
