Thus leading to achievement of their ultimate goal - getting rid of the human race. Only the human race consumes other living matter to survive, or something, so we have to go.
Worse than that since there are many things from the smallest microbes up to animals and even other plants consume living matter to survive that the plants ultimate goal is to wipe the earth clean of all "living' matter. Tossing out the baby with the bathwater as it may be, then at least when everything is gone there will be no more pain and suffering and the next round of what gets to inhabit this rock gets a fresh start.
why do 12 year olds feel the need to post on slashdot? Worst part is the mental defect that makes them somehow bring meaning to their miserable existence that they feel the need to attack others with name calling and generally coming off as a horrible waste of oxygen. I pity your parents and anyone who comes in contact with you, but since nobody ever comes to visits such a vile little minded child in your mothers basement at least few people have to actually deal with someone such as yourself who doesn't even have the mental capacity to understand humor or sarcasm that least in cases such as yours that Darwinism normally kicks in preventing the passing on of the genes and environmental factors that molds others to be anything like you.
Looks like PITA will have to change their name from PETA to PETE. [People for the Ethical Treatment of Everything] And their first targets will have to be Farmers and VEGANS. Plants have feelings too.
Either black tape or Vaseline on the lenses could stop the video, my radio pumping out 1000 watts solves the microphone issue, and a few bags of sand solves the weight issues. Fuck them and their spying on me in my own car. let them try. Better yet make a video and make a loop and feed that to the camera of my family driving so they get a live feed but its a feedback loop. So many ways around this. plug in a raspberry pi into the ODB/2 and feed it false data and screw with them. Could actually be kind of fun when i think of all the ways to feed them false data:)
I mean, if it is supposedly "competitive" with the Nvidia RTX 2080, which means.. almost as fast and the same price as the Nvidia RTX 2080, why would you not buy the Nvidia RTX 2080?
Easy because Nvidia. I'll take a shit onboard Intel over the best Nvidia card. There are only 3 companies that i will NEVER give one penny of my money to. Sony, Apple, and Nvidia. All 3 could and should die and the world would be a better place for it.
You like your phone better than what? more then he/she likes their phone? That's pretty bold and subjective. You like iOS better than Android? possible I guess. You like paying the 500 dollar apple tax?
I 'personally" do not like Google/Andriod but I HATE apple/ios
I DO like my outdated/unsupported Win10 phone a Lot though.
Seriously? All of them except wind and solar do well in storms.
Just ask all the folks over in Puerto Rico who are STILL without electricity/potable water/food/etc how well "all of then" held up against a hurricane. I live in south Texas fairly close to the gulf and having grown up in the mid west, NOTHING scares me as much as the thought of another hurricane. Nothing stands up well against them.
Another way, perhaps simpler than the math and making assumptions about waste heat, is to try this simple experiment:
Walk by your tailpipe with the car running.
Does it feel like a 42,000 watt heater to you? In other words, did you get cooked when you walked by?
why would you try to sequester waist heat at the coolest part of the exhaust system on a ICE vehicle?
the exhaust manifold even at idle can reach hundreds of degrees F. Go down the pipe a little further and you have a heat mill called a catalytic converter
The average light off temperature at which the catalytic converter begins to function ranges from 400 to 600 degrees F. The normal operating temperature can range up to 1,200 to 1,600 degrees F. But as the amount of pollutants in the exhaust go up, so does the converter's operating temperature.
Seems to me to a pretty good place to put some of these to me.
1600F would be about 3033 kelvin/watt [K/W].
the exhaust manifold usually in the 700 to 1000 degree range depending on the load on the engine.
now you have another 1895 kelvin/watt [K/W] so that's almost 5 K/W of wast heat that can be tapped for free.
just saying that you're just looking at the wrong places to look.
That's easy. It's for a few reasons.
1) Because we can. You don't think Trump pulled out of the Paris Agreement for nothing did you.
2) Cheap gas. With a gallon or 3.79 liters of gas selling for $1.97 it's hard to wean off the petrol titties.
3) size of country and population density. Since we have such a shit national public transport system. Well we don't even HAVE one except private but anyway. We have grown up relying on our cars to get us everywhere. Most city's public transport sucks and that is compounded if you don't actually live IN a city
That's only 22 bucks per passenger per hour. That's pretty damn good really. I'd much rather be on a smaller plane with a LOT less people. Leg room, be able to recline again. Comfort without having to pay for 1st class. Sign me up!
you are more likely to win the publishers clearing house giveaway which has nearly a 1 in 1.7 billion odds then Trumper ever seeing 1 day in jail. So for gods sake give up your sanctimonious slashdot crusade which only makes you look dumber than our POTUS and that my friend is a pretty high bar to beat.
Capable sure, but most non-computer savvy peeps I know, and I know a lot, don't have a freaking clue on how computers work, let alone know how to or want to learn more them other then click on an icon and go to a program or a website and for many of them even that is pushing their limits. Everyone's brains are wired differently. Some are wired to be good at certain things and others are wired to be shit at nearly everything. So assuming others can do something just because you think they should be able to is extremely naive and lacks wisdom which is on par with the ignorance of most people's concept of computers.
Some of my earliest fond memories were sitting with my family in front of our tv and watching the landings in all their black and white detail.
Same here, but because we lived in Cocoa Beach, we watched the launches outside. There has yet to be anything NASA has put up that was as impressive as a Saturn V launch. Even 15 miles away, they still made the ground shake, and Apollo 17 (a nighttime launch) lit up the sky almost like daylight.
when I was in bootcamp I was lucky enough to see a shuttle launch and even many miles away you could hear the roar, I can only imagine the sound/feeling of seeing a Saturn 5 go up, Man that would be so awesome. Watching those 3 letters go past the camera was pretty damn cool too though. "U then S then A" Back then it was both new and a spectacle. The shuttle era became almost common place with little to no fanfare. Almost like watching a space bus go up. A really COOL space bus but still.
I don't care WHO does it as long as it gets done. Some of my earliest fond memories were sitting with my family in front of our tv and watching the landings in all their black and white detail.I was 4 and it was the coolest thing I had ever seen that it still is 50 years later. We've done some pretty remarkable things since then but nothing compares to watching a man put his feet on a world other than our own.
I've not heard of anyone who likes it, though it's not a topic that comes up very often and there are some who like the smell of paint thinners and acetone.
don't forget gasoline as well. And nitro methane. Man I used to love the smell of those. Gas smelled better when it was leaded in my opinion, but cox fuel smells awesome lol. I do kind of like the smell of acetone as well. And some pain thinners too. Not in the "i'm gunna huff these things" kind of way but when I fuel up or have to paint or clean paint kind of way:)
If he smoked in a legal state and in a legal manner he was behaving. He doesn't operate heavy machinery. I don't see a problem.
The problem is that it is still a schedule 1 drug by the "federal" government no matter what the "state" government says. And since NASA has to suck the fed's tit then it has to hard line to keep the fed money rolling.
One day, when all the old white Nixon time pieces of shit retire or die off and younger peeps take their places, we might actually see some much needed reforms to this fucking stupid war on drugs bullshit and be able to use those funds to help fight wars that matter like domestic violence or homelessness or PTSD or the insane cost of health coverage or the insane amount of education debt, or, or, or. Anyway, what were we talking about?
They have been GREAT receivers for my multirotors for a long time. My old m6n's would normally get from 6 to 8 sats with a hdop of around 1.8 to 3 and my m8n's get about 18-20 sats with a hdop of around.8 plus they work a lot better indoors. I also like how they allow me to load sat data for 2 or 3 weeks onto them which is a lot better then the 3 days to a week on my old modules. The ublox software "u-center" really allows you to pretty much configure everything on the m6n/m7n/m8n modules and is not a bad piece of kit.

I meant 5000 K/W not 5 K/W :(

50Hz is certainly in the range of good speakers. It may be feeling more than heard when loud enough, but I'm pretty sure it's in the range of hearing.
it sure woke up my subs and made me jump in the process. I both heard and felt it. Pretty sure my neighbors did as well.
typical answer from someone such as yourself. Can't refute so you attack a spelling mistake. Textbook really.

And it seduces your mum and steals your bike.
Can't be all bad then. At least it leaves my dog alone!

Odd that this is still even a thing as all of my old MN8 GPS modules have done for at least 2 years now.
