I have an Asian girl friend and she can't find anything offensive about this lego set. She showed it to her parents and they didn't see any issue with it and even her grandparents didn't see the issue. So as for it containing racial and prejudice against Asians, well not so much. Just because some people are to sensitive to everyday life doesn't make something offensive, it just makes them to sensitive to live the real world. Clearly someone or some small group got over worked up for no reason ( Like everyone over there does ) and hence we have a racist lego set.

Asian, huh? So she's Chinese. Or wait she's Japanese. Or wait she's Indian. Or wait she's Uzbek. Or wait...

If you're one of those lucky souls who has an office with windows, that is. Because otherwise, going outside for about 15 minutes probably isn't going to help all that much.

It does. Like you wouldn't believe. Before I got a light therapy lamp, I used to talk 10-20 minutes walks at lunch time whenever the sun shone, especially in winter. -10C? No problem, dress up and head out for a quick 10 minutes keeping the sun on my face as much as possible. You end up getting some nice sunlight and some minor cardio on the side.

Ultimately the blue light for 30-45 minutes in the morning worked better when my work schedule changed up, but it's all about trying SOMETHING to see what works best for you.

Read everything you can about The Fair Tax. If we passed the Fair Tax, we would supercharge our economy, full employment would be achieved probably within 2 years, and we would be the #1 economic engine on the planet. Prosperity would be restored, and we could accept immigrants to any extent we wanted, because we would be able to put all of them to work in a revitalized manufacturing industry. They try to say that there's no silver bullet, but there is, and it is the Fair Tax.

You also complain about the "entitlement" of food stamps. Food stamps give you ~$200 per month (per person). Maybe you feel you can live the high life on $200 per month, but I feel that is a measly amount of money. And I don't know why you think it is a luxury to be able to buy chips and soda. Eating fresh, healthy, unprocessed food is expensive and a luxury. A most poor people eat crappy food (like chips and soda) because it is all they can afford.

It's cheaper to buy and make your own food than processed. Buying crappy food is simply EASIER.

Anecdotally, when I lived in MA and worked as a grocery cashier back in high school, you couldn't use food stamps to buy anything that had sales tax on it. Junk food was taxed, as was non-food stuff like pet food and laundry detergent.
