    Well yeah, techincally you are right, but in practice, the calls are still coming thru and thus the law is not in effect.

    It's not in force until the court cases are resolved, so yeah you will still get calls. Move to Pennsylvania, we have a DNC list and since being on it I have gotten no calls.

    Funny, the local bottled water company here, has unfettered access to their spring and that is where I get their water, for free. Same water, just free.

    And this doesn't even take into account the enormous profit the drug companies make on that product that costs them less than pennies to produce



    Sure it may cots pennies to produce, but factor in the 600 million dollars it cost the 4 different times the company failed in making a drug to treat $disease. That's 2.4 billion. But hey, they should just give it allll away.

    These crappy jobs must come with a potion to extend the day an extra 8 hours, so you can work full time AND look for a job full time. Or perhaps you're just supposed to skip sleeping.

    1) Integrate seemless plug-in support into Mozilla.

    What does Mozilla have to do with a kernel?

    2) Make Open Office slicker/ handle Mickeysoft documents better.

    Again what does an office app have to do with the kernel?

    3) Make a spreadsheet that doesn't suck.

    I'm sensing a pattern here.

    4) Make is to that I can actually cut and paste weird stuff between applications.

    That's a function of X not the kernel.

    5) Make is so that my PC can get updated just by clicking on items and not chasing down library incompatiblites or typing "rpm --force" or "make install" or whatever.
