I think what is allowed is probably different from parent to parent. Depending on the kid and the age, there's probably a lot of kids that would't have any idea what the quick hop into the sack meant, other than a nap.;)
And they'd probably be grossed out by the kissing, LOL
I remember Oregon Trail! I loved that game when I was a kid.
In addition to the scan & remove capabilities of Spybot, I have found that the Immunize feature is very handy. It blocks many unsafe ActiveX downloads, cookies, as well as some regular downloads. I believe the number of "immunizable" items is over 500 now.
There is also a great Hosts file updater that works wonders with users that only browse a few work-related sites. It has hundreds of spyware and adware domain names and adds 127.0.0.1 entries to the hosts file. It also has an undo feature in case the blocking of ad-related sites interferes with legitimate sites. (rare)
Very worth the time to look into the "other" features of spybot.
To add to your comment, I've found that the comeback is usually swift and painful for the other team. Every single time I'm able to take back those close nodes, we KILL the other team very quickly.
I bet the 7-11 with a sign on the door that says "The man behind the counter has a big fucking gun and has been trained how to use it" won't get robbed as often as the normal 7-11.
Jobs doesn't own Pepsi, first of all. Jobs doesn't require you to drink Pepsi to get songs. You can buy them online with no soda obligation. Also, he isn't the only decision maker at Apple. Even if he HAS an objection, he's not going to speak up about it, and I bet Pepsi made the deal pretty sweet for Apple.
I upgraded to the 2.6 kernel about a month ago, and have been nothing but impressed. I got increased speed, my sound works great (ALSA) and with 1280x1024 Framebuffer and Bootsplash (85Hz refresh no-less) even my console is nice to look at.
My NVidia drivers worked flawlessly with the new kernel, as well as my wireless network.
I get oooh's and ahhh's from the co-workers with 3DDesk, and my boss is impressed with my setup, even though he's got a shiny new G5 under his desk.
Wide open for a lawsuit? On what grounds could SOE take money from him? As far as the EULA goes, pretty much the worst that could really happen to him is to get an account ban.
Take this in front of a judge and I seriously doubt that Sony would get anywhere. If there was some legal recourse to be had by SOE, they would have sued a long time ago for some serious $$.
I worked for a guy that was an outspoken racist (with me). I quit my job after dealing with his crap for a couple months (he was also starting to say some awful things about my bro-in-law) and he tried to convince the higher-ups that I was trying to defraud the company.
He claimed that I was not doing my job while I was there (despite telling me and my co-workers that I was great and he would like me to fill his shoes if he got his promotion -- he didn't get it)
When asked by HR what my problems were with the company, I told them the whole thing. Within a day or two, they were taking his side.
They threatened to sue me multiple times (for taking a paycheck but not working. ??? They never did a thing) During the whole ordeal, my wife got so stressed out that she miscarried.
With the prices rapidly dropping, and the performance (for the most part) seeming to be worth the money spent, this seems like the obvious direction. As far as replacing 32 bit machines, its just a matter of time, anyway.

Cool, I'll check it out. The battle to protect users from themselves lives on!
It's less Linux-bot and more dummy that didn't bother to try anything but windows.
Thank you AC, you were my only hope.
The best part of your comment was that it prompted me to try http://google.com/windows
/windows was not found on this server.

Version 1 - Win/Linux
Version 2 - Mac
You're cool, don't cancel.

I could be wrong, though.
Not the same, IMO.

That's just my experience, though... YMMV
So how many people are going to ask a judge before they download the code?
I am personally looking forward to the release of the game and the subsequent modding that will take place.
Driving around in a kick-ass pimp-mobile shooting hookers has never looked so good!
I'm surely no the only one thinking this right? Right???
Have you ever seen how much some of the virtual money sells for?
It will make you even more furious. There are people out there seriously putting 2-3k on a credit card to get rich in a game.
It's messed up man, messed up.
They hooked him up with a prostitute, a large pizza, and a 6-pack.
They were AMAZED how quickly he said yes.

Buh Dum Puh - CHING!
Is there any way that the RIAA can prove that your MAC was NOT spoofed? In today's envionment on the internet, that's a legitimate concern.
And in the case that someone HAS spoofed your MAC and/or IP, you have absolutely NO way to defend yourself.
But will you be able to convince a judge of your innocence?
I can prove, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that my PIX has never, at any time, had Kazaa installed on it.
Case Closed.

It sucked.
It even LOOKS iPod-ish
My wife would love the FM recording, too.
MS Word is what you make web pages with, right?
Right...?
I noticed there was no mention of the need to shield astronauts from that horrible smell that emanates from Uranus.

BINGO! Craptacular, ain't it?
They even sell Gateway Plasma TVs
My wife wants one =/
