What's intellectually weak? Both sides do, do it. And let's be honest, you want batshit insane? Just look at the environmental movement. You've got people placing ads, where they blow up people for disagreeing. You've got speakers who believe that disagreement should be classified as a mental disorder. And you've got others who believe that anyone who disagrees should simply be murdered out of hand. Hey remember those "Australian scientists" who claimed that they were being targeted. What was the end result of the investigation? I'll give you a hint, but it was all bullshit.

And that's not even the best part. Then you get into the mainstream these days, who happily believe that wiping out 4b people is a-okay along with their Malthusian rhetoric.

Though they've been working to get IPv6 for DSL up and running for the last couple of years and you can opt in via their beta program, and they even provide a compatible firmware for most open-standard routers.

Instead of forcing AMD to come up to nVidia's level, nVidia chose to sink to AMD's level.

Well there's a reason, because some braniac at nvidia decided to move their entire driver team from the 400/500 series drivers to the new 600 series drivers. And their secondary polish team is now doing the main driver writing. It gets worse though, as the driver writing itself has occasionally been outsourced to other companies.

There was a huge thread about this over on the evga forums. And Nvidia went nearly 6mo without anything even approaching a solid driver. Though the new 300's seem to be more or less stable, I've only had one driver restart with them on my 560ti.

Open book tests are terribly difficult. When I took my legal courses they were all open book, my POA(provincial offences) tests? All open book, same with traffic law, again all open book. The very best of all these tests are written by instructors who know their material and write their own questions based on the material that they've taught through the year.

That means you not only need the book, but you need to understand it, and have attended the classes to make it through the exam. People think they sweat bullets on a 80 page exam? Hah. Try 13 pages, where it's all open book and you're required to break down a full construct question that's worth 10% of the exam mark.
