When an esteemed European institution like that becomes infested with such anti-Israeli views, it makes me wonder whether the European perspective is really unbiased, as they would like to claim.

In the spirit of the Open Source community, why don't you make your own movies ? Sounds like you have an itch to scratch (and i'm not talking about your crabs).
They don't have to participate. If they find the terms of settlement to be no better than a local pizza offer, they have the right to pursue their own legal options.
The terms of settlement for this issue were agreed to by the judge. Is he party to abuse in this case? Probably not, since there was no abuse.
Is there a way to file suit against class action lawyers for abusing their clients?
Exactly how were these people abused the laywers? None of of the plaintiffs put any money towards the expense of filing and prosecuting the case. They merely signed their names to the action.
If they weren't satisfied with the potential payout or the lawyer's cut, they were more than free to not participate. They were also free to put hundreds of thousands of their own dollars towards their own suit.
The plaintiffs in a class-action suit typically never outlay any of their own money. The terms of entering into an agreement are laid out and well known so I don't understand what the problem is.
Have they priced the handheld already? $150 wouldn't be a lot for what they're offering. I'd be highly surprised if they could afford to go that low, however.
Hire some talented writers and storytellers. Contrary to popular opinion, Pixar's success had much less to do with the CGI than with traditional old storytelling skill. Pumping money into the technology side at the expense of people will result in a big financial loss.
but Michael Powell represents a lot of things I find wrong with politics and I believe he is an example of a non-elected official who quietly erodes my rights....
therefore, I would like him to be head about the head, neck and breast area several times.
I can't wait for him to retire and wait for his daddy to arrange for his next job. Who knows...we may find him on the Supreme Court soon.
I agree with you 100%. I own a VAIO PCG-GRX470 and I'm totally unhappy with it. The keyboard is crap. I had a lot of problems installing Linux on it and Sony installs so much garbage.
I went from Dell to Sony so I'm not sure what to buy for my next laptop. Perhaps an Apple? Time will tell.
