    I think Blackberries being replaced in the enterprise enviroment is about as liklly as Gmail replacing Outlook. Blackberries have their niche and they are very secure in that niche.

    If the industry spent half the money they spend on harrassing its customers on content they wouldn't have an issue. I do not see how threatening customers, throwing them in jail, sueing them and putting them under survilence is going to make them money or win them any fans. This hits close to home because my friend and I saw Watchman out of town and the theatre was really ghetto so he filmed the movie theatre and made some comments before the movie or even the previews started then put away his camera and before we knew it we were being escorted by police officers out of the theatre and threatened with Felony charges WTF....

    On a serious note America doesn't have any violence issue compared to the rest of the world. Most of the places with the worst violence don't have much of a TV/video game playing population. Serbia, Africa, the Middle East yep all video games fault.

    Bicycle here too and I just moved from SF to Arkansas :-/ my coworker asked if I rode my bicycle on the street today and then told me I should really ride on the sidewalk.....My commute is about 2 miles so I avg around 22mph(don't want to show up all sweaty)...I used to race Cat2 this sidewalk thing would be intresting.

    KDE does have allot of good applications writen for it. On another note I told my boss that I hate Windows the other day, and he kind of got defensive. I keep trying to like Windows I mean it does pay my bills, but once you apt-get install.....next, next finish just feels dirty.

    An all electric car in most places would mean you are getting all your fuel from Coal Power Plants...I'd rather just burn petrol with the proven exhaust filters. My car exhaust looks much cleaner then the crap I see coming out of power plants.

    I think this could work on some sort of Oil Rig type Platform; however then you would have to fly everyone in and out via the Google Shuttle helicopter. Actually it is kind of Google's dream to have everyone live at work, thus their laundry, napping, etc....If everyone works on the rig then they can't have anylife outside of work, starting to feel real Matrixy/China.
