You assume that exploits are found by combing the source code. The majority of discovered exploits are found by actually exploiting/being exploited by them!
This will fail utterly. Can you imagine pepole defiling the little cars? Blech. Oh, and a grid is going to replace the eisting infrastructure? Hardly, the cars will still have to follow the existing routes. Pipedream.
Sorry, I was brought up on the Tick Cartoon, not the comic book. Missing all m favorite villians was one strike. The loss of Tick's yperKinetic movements was a 2nd strike. There really was no third strike, but I didn't see the show getting a hit anyway. It was a good try though...
I've used the DMT tool, and found it lacking. At least in v3.2.1. It has serious issues when you attempt to modify the schema. I've only used it with the SecureWay directory, and because the schema storage methods tend to differ between vendors, it may not even work with yours.
The damn 'c' is right next to the 'x' and when I was un-tarring my webpage into the new filesystem, I ended up clobbering the only copy I had:/ I'm too damn lazy to rebuild just yet...
But ClearChannel is a corporation, so they're automatically evil. Doesn't matter to me, the clearchannel station near me plays the same 25 shitty songs over and over again anyway.
...until someone with a little time reverse-engineers the transmission method and captures the video with a PC. Of course, it'll probably be encrypted, and that brave soul would be risking eternal damnation by breaking the Digital Millenium Copywrong act. Bleh.
This device sounds great! Too great, in fact. You can skip the commercials, then send the shows to people on the internet?! Surely some body will sue this company into oblivion, as their device enables users to enjoy TV without being subjected commercials!
