    The unlimited plans no longer are capped at 5gb before they throttle you. It's now set around 22gb, and the throttling is only if the cell tower is congested.

    If it's being classified as a utility by the government, which it is, then operating it like a utility/public good should be acceptable.

  10. Playbook adjustments, video replays, scouting report of last few plays including video and stills, etc etc etc. You don't follow much football if you don't know how much up to date information is used between every single play in the NFL.

  11. The problems that have been announced almost invariably revolve around the connectivity provided in the stadium, rather than the tablets themselves. This is an NFL problem.. iPad, Surface, Galaxy Tab, whatever.. not going to be different until the NFL forces teams and stadiums to provide adequate connectivity.

    Only if you have 3 people in the car, as one of them is a driver by default and not a commuter. Makes sense for UberPool(where the driver is theoretically also a commuter), but not UberX. The problem with UberPool is they never fucking go where you need them to

    The Urbanes do look great. And they're too expensive. $100 is the sweetspot for a smartwatch and its limited featureset.

    Spend a few hundred thousand upfront for commercials and other advertising or spend that same money on what is effectively direct marketing with guaranteed capture rates? I think I'll go for option 2.

    Personally, I'll consider using Edge when it supports NoScript completely. Chrome still doesn't, so I don't use it.

    You misunderstand how they are replacing those water lines. The modus operandi in Los Angeles is to wait until it bursts, then fix that section. There is no widescale replacement going of the 100+ year old pipes that are still active. They're merely playing the bandaid game. Obviously, you can run wire through water mains this way in any efficient or practical manner.
